I’ve heard some people complain about them changing Fiyero’s introduction scene, and I get that, but I LOVED it!

Changing it from a very public meeting with Elphaba to a 1 on 1 meeting made it so, instead of him trying to make the crowd laugh (at her expense), he was trying to make HER laugh which is so so good imo

Like isn’t that just conflict stemming directly from the characters flaws (especially a fear of vulnerability)? Which is a very human, bordering on universal, conflict to have. Yeti by Paris Paloma- The tragedy of Katniss and Gale's friendship falling apart because it IS a tragedy that makes my heart hurt when I think about it too much. They were each other's safe place to be children and now that's gone forever.

From Eden by Hozier- Finnick's POV about himself and his relationship with Annie throughout the years. The song sounding so upbeat but the lyrics being so hopeless (but not about her) and self deprecating is very Finnick to me

Yes! I feel like there's a lot of tension with everything that happened, but they're still family and need to be there for each other To get more specific- Katniss is on the chair with him because they always had an understanding and saw themselves in each other and Peeta's on the floor facing away because he felt alienated from them by that bond they had

They're berry stains! It's what lead them to being next to Haymitch rather than behind him so I wanted to add it!

And you're right! I did make her expression different on purpose!

My reasoning was that Haymitch's memory of her would have been when he was still a child and saw her as an equal partner going through the same trauma as him- so she looks more determined and ready

Unlike all the others who he would remember as children he was meant to protect as an adult and failed

Also I was so surprised you found her so quickly (but I probably shouldn't have been in hindsight lol)
