Oh my, oh my, I got two pumpkins!
Mr Pierce took them and made a train for his rats.

Pumpkin recieved - and passed on.
(Thanks, smol skeleton Erik!)
Results are in... of course. How can I forget that this blog is haunted by Phans? Fluffy Erik it is.
I'm pretty sure I'm powerless to resist making more than one (if not all of them) eventually, so no need to break your brain trying to choose just one.
For those who don't know her, this is my nwedle felt Nosferatu, Ankle Biter Krysa Veinessa Whateley-Dickenson, Kryssie for short. More pictures here!
Remember when I talked about the good old-fashioned vampire-smiting method of sucking their gums? That's definitely what's going on here.
Also, Book Dracula and his Van Helsing:
In my defence, I have none. Very proud of how I drew Monster Dracula's face. Good bye.

Well... that's one way of evading the vampire hunters. Pierce is not beating the Christmas Elf allegations.
In spite of his delightful personality, he does have some bad vampire tendencies. Stalking and hiding in high places, for example.
At the moment, I'm putting him through some pain in my book (complicated backstory comes back to bite him in the behind), so let him have some fun.
Cleopatra (middle) makes her vampire partner Pierce (right) and his ex Alexander (left) watch Phantom of the Opera (1990).
To clarify, Pierce likes rats. In a completely normal way.
(All characters are from my WIP Gothic Tales from Melancholia)

He's right over my desk, and I feel him judging me. Very annoying. He'll be happy there.
As for the gingerbread vampire, I didn't get instructions about how to feed you, Innocent, and I'm pretty sure it hurt him more than it hurt you.
This is the situation. Please advise.
He stole my gingerbread man, and I found he's made a sort of den in my bookshelf.
...I should just leave him there, shouldn't I?
Ahhh yeah. About that. Both my main OCs are a bit obsessive about nesting. Innocent favours inconvenient places, so anywhere he'll be most in the way or most annoying to have to walk past all the time. He also loves puzzles so sitting right atop Cain's Jawbone will make him feel right at home.
He has some feedback on the baking, by the way.
I didn't make him fancy; he always has been.
Monster Pin-ups is not something I thought I'd be doing, but as they say, these things do happen.
If you asked me my favourite Christmas song, I'd say the You're a Mean One Mr Grinch cover by Sabrina Carpenter or Carol of Bells, depending on how refined I want to appear. Both are equally true.
Here, I get up to shenanigans with fellow artists, review and ramble, post my writing, crafts and PoTO art because reasons.
My main blogs:
Book/history blog: @purrlockholmesbooksblog
Main art blog: @purrlockholmesbooks
My Gothic literature fanfic Gothic Tales from Melancholia is on AO3
The illustrated t-shirt does exist.
-Art requests are always welcome! I mainly draw, but will also get (hand)crafty if you have good, or unhinged, ideas.
-Asks about drawings, writing, OCs and projects.
-Asks for opinions/reviews of books, films, etc. I love researching and jabbering about my findings.
-Personal questions that won't help any unsavoury individuals to find me in real life (i.e., by all means ask me about my existential crises, but not about my nationality).
Someone challenged me to write a romance.
Call it my special brand of braincell torture, but I decided to take it further.
I shall try to write something sweet with a happy ending, with no gloomy-doomy self-inserts, no characters with 1,800 personal problems and absolutely no long discussions about the meaning of life, the justification of murder, love, loneliness, alienation, complicity, or suchlike.
Somebody help. I don't know how to write anymore.
I don't dare to say no vampires. Do you want me to be absolutely miserable?
In which Leroux Erik meets his descendants. He is not impressed.
I started this before I read Kay's Phantom (yes, it took me that long to finish), so sadly, that kooky Erik is not present. He'd probably murder all the other Eriks.

My rambles about all these adaptations here.
Guilty as charged, your honour.
(I'm already swamped in unfinished sketches, so I got to ask: How much, exactly, do you people want to see Kitty Cherik powdering his fluffy snoot?)
if you can , can you make book percy jackson and annabeth chase meeting the new show percy and annabeth , or if that is to hard Nico de angelo
Hi there! That was actually harder than I imagined! I only read the first book as a kid and forgot nearly everything except for the blue hotdogs. I hope you like them!
~Art requests in asks and comms on kofi open~
Not even the whole song, only that.
Thanks to @grisha-brain for the tag! I hope you don't mind me answering with my 'ramble' blog. And thank you for stalking my art blog, haha!

If you see this you are OBLIGATED to reblog w/ the song currently stuck in your head :)
Today on the Goober Cat Advent. It's them! It's the gang! They've summoned Santa. For very reasonable reasons, I'm sure, lads...? (The gang's guide to Santa summoning here)
L-R @blackforrestpunk 's Punk Erik, @vladimirsangel 's Aurik and my Pierce.
I don't like OC bio templates, so I tackled this with my best work attitude: sarcasm and chaos.
Pierce is from my novel, Gothic Tales from Melancholia.
@blackforrestpunk Gruel is served! (Pt. 1 here)
Erik live reaction:
(This happens every week. Erik should not be allowed near good WiFi reception.) Vlad, it's beautiful. The little hairs on his wrinkly forehead are vital. And you used one of my favourite Raoul kooky quotes! My first little bald cat Erik has come so far *teary sigh*
"With Erik, you never know. Is it Erik? Is it the cat? Is it the ghost? No, with Erik, you can't tell!"
@purrlockswatson has this fantastic version of Erik who is a Sphynx cat. So I thought I'd do a portrait of him because I really enjoy drawing cats. And Eriks.
I found this among my Pharoga doodles (don't ask; they'll come up to menace you soon enough). I've clean forgotten what I was going to caption it. It looks like β¨οΈdramaβ¨οΈ.
So, wrong answers only: what's going on?
(More Persian and gremlin bald cat Erik here and here.)
@cecil-87 This scene when he took off one mask to reveal another mask beneath it had me on the edge of my seat. I went from 'Wait, are we going to see his face this early?' to laughing my head off so fast.
Today on the Goober Cat advent calendar! Leroux's Erik doesn't like the mask, but I'm sure 1990 Erik would. He's got many fancy masks, after all.
Thank you to everyone who showed the Persian love! @jennyfair7 @angel-with-paper-wings @differenceenginegirl @lokislynx your reblogs are delightful!
More Phantom: Cowboy (Cowcat) of the Opera, more Cherik here!
Requested and inspired by @blackforrestpunk in this post. Something concerning the cat Ayesha and Chistine has also been requested, but I haven't got around to that yet.
I used to hate Dickens, and now I find him tolerable at best, but his style gives me allowance to ramble in archaic language, so I'm not complaining. This is honestly not that far from my usual writing style, so I've already clunked out part 2 and 3, if the readers are interested.
WAIT, this deserves a drawing reblog:
Pierce, mon cher, that's nice, but your philosophy of 'You have problems? That's all right, me too!' is the reason you have so many relationship problems. And you're lucky Aurik is an angel who puts up with your shenanigans. (Your hair looks magnificent in any style, Aurik.)
Vlad, this is better than anything I could have imagined when I first started posting doodles of my disaster kitten Pierce, thank you πΉ
Well, Aurik, you did say he could do your hair.
@purrlockswatson
Phantoms of the Opera + Laplace's Angel
@sonntagskind VoilΓ , request received. To everyone else should did not ask for Phantom pain, je suis dΓ©solΓ©e.
Phantoms in order of appearence: ALW Phantom, Leroux Erik, Kay Erik, 1925 Erik, 1990 Erik, 2004 Phantom, Kay Erik, ALW Phantom, 1990 Erik, Kay Erik, Leroux Erik (and the Daroga)
More Phantom: The Persian (cat), POTO adaptation review/rambles, Send me an Angel (of music)
Very nice, Pierce, but maybe don't flash your, ah, ankles. Dear Aurik is by @vladimirsangel
Originally, I only planned a doodle of smol Pierce next to Aurik because a midnight conversation turned from the division of chores in the Dracula household to vampire height difference. But it's been a weird week, and I kept adding to the sketches to unwind. I hope my 'stress art' makes some people happy, too.
On vamp fashion: Pierce's dressing gown is based on Klimt's The Kiss, reference to the Klimt-inspired robe in Bram Stoker's Dracula (1992). Aurik is NOT a brat; he probably borrowed the t-shirt from Vlad. His outfit is a combination of this Goth one and his Ugg boots.
The trouble of having a deadpan face. She's going to be passive-aggressively delighted about this for the rest of her days.
Thank you so much @frommarshtheycome for drawing my Sarah!
@purrlockswatson 's OC Sarah Bernard from 'Gothic Tales from Melancholia.'
I love her design, I had a lot of fun drawing her!
Art exchange with @frommarshtheycome
Who would win, the Skeleton Man or his own stage/screen adaptation?
Original comic with Christine here and Void Face Erik here.
Thank you, Marsh, for your wonderful art of Sarah!
I drew this with a pen on its last gasp:
Obsessed with the clean 6-inch gaps between them. @vladimirsangel I love your Pierce, he looks like a Christmas elf beside the others, bless him.
And of course they are talking about chicken.
Dumb sketches because I got obsessed with their height differences. Sorry it's so rough but my brain is like tangled wool tonight
Feel better soon @purrlockswatson!
Have a better day @blackforrestpunk!
(I don't know what they're talking about. Something fun)
Somehow, these long minutes make me depressed instead of impressed because usually when I put my headphones on, it means something is feeling too much.
The rest of my top songs list has no significance because I'm stuck on free shuffle mode, but Fortnight I did play on repeat. It's the song I sing to myself when I'm panicking.
Of course my comfort song contains lyrics about murder.
Very proud that Webber made the list. After all, I only recently became Phantom-obsessed.
Vlad's Erik (Vlerik)

Right-oh, advertisement time. I'm not-so-well at the moment and can't muster the strength to make sense, so I'll just say that I went to menace the author with my excitement the moment I finished reading. And had to shorten my original message by half so as not to scare the living daylights out of him.
