There doesn’t have to be an end goal or purpose when interacting with a deity.
People often seek out gods with an end goal of receiving assistance or guidance.
But you can also just interact with them for their company. You can hail them, give blot, or even just be in their presence for no other reason then you can.
Hi! I'm having a spiritual problem as of late. I'm not sure why but my connection to Apollo feels off. Idk if it's just me. I've thought that maybe he's told me it's ok a few times, but I still feel like I can't connect with him like I used to. It's making me sad because I really enjoy having him in my life and I'm afraid that it might be because I'm doing something wrong or I'm upsetting him somehow. Do you have any advice on this or have you experienced something similar? I've also been going to my outside altar and giving him incense and stuff. I'm just not sure what the problem could be.
honestly i haven’t had any experiences like this but sometimes deities need space, just like us humans do.
i’m sure you didn’t do anything wrong, sometimes deities just need some time to themselves.
i’d say give it some time and if things don’t go back to normal for you, that might be a sign that apollo feels it’s time for you to part ways. don’t take it personal, deities don’t always stick around us for a long time, sometimes they’re just here to teach us a lesson then move on!

You haven’t left bed for a long time? They still care about you.

What does he think of atheists/agnostics, science,other religions like Judaism, Buddhism,Hinduism or people who are condemned by some of the Christians like homosexuals, trans, etc.(It's okay if he chooses not to answer). About his interventions, can't he just manifest the desired outcome since his God? Also, what does he think of Neville's teachings? Or loa in general since it has also roots in other scriptures I think. And are there any quarrels or skirmishes among cosmic beings? How do they resolve it? The Panoptican theory is definitely interesting. And does he think there is someone else watching over them(him and other eternal beings)? He doesnt force anyone to believe him. He thinks that there might be a higher power who made him cause when he basically became aware of his existence, there were already some beings who already knew of their existence, so he cant cross that out with complete confidence. He personally believes the idea that every religion and every belief system is partially correct. "If I had a creator, I would give half truths but not lies and when you piece them all together, you will have learned the secrets of the universe", which basically means all the religions and belief system have parts that are correct and if you find all of them, you'd figure it out.
He has this blanket rule for all humans. "If they don't harm anybody as a collective then there is nothing wrong with an individual being part of said collective", basically if they as individuals do not harm others as that identity then he has no problems with them. It's basically I dont care if youre this or that because I'd love you either way unless you hurt people ,, he draws the line there. He doesnt completely understand the condemnation of some of them. Some of them he did say but doesnt stand by those statements today; some he said but was severely misinterpreted (for the gays: he said dont sleep with kids and that is it), and some he didnt say at all. it usually came from people who believed their thoughts and their opinions were that of gods and wrote or rewrote the book
He has a thing against influencing people beyond free will. He'll nudge you in the direction he wants you to go but if you go or not depends on you. Plus the two major interventions I said last time, he directly intervened during that time and it originally had the desired effect until certain things. He did them so humanity itself could restart on all they've done but it hasn't worked because humans stay human. He doesnt want to manifest things get better, he wants to see if it ever does. It's basically his own test on humanity
He's fine with his teachings but thats about it. He doesnt have an opinion on it basically. "What else is there supposed to say?", is all he said after saying his teachings were fine. He finds loa interesting since all Gods and higher beings use it on a technical standpoint. It interests him more than anything. He wont try stopping it or helping it, unless deity-work is involved. He said divine timing doesn't exist anyway

There are some disagreements occasionally between what someone wants and what someone else wants and they have to resolve that privately. Sometimes their resolution affects humans. Oh- yeah the Egg by kurzgesgast is actually very accurate to what he was saying, we just watched it. Well except the you're everyone. Everyone is simply a vessel for consciousness and so while you can shift as them, the vessels stay separate. You can be everyone but you're not everyone in one place basically
He doesnt communicate more than he needs to. He says its awkward but doesnt want to explain past that. He can but he doesn't communicate with them all that much and most of them don't try it either

So correct me if I'm wrong, you work with deities, right? I was wondering if someone gave a food/drink offering to a deity, would it rot? Do they have to replace the offering every few days or nah?
Hi! Yes I do :)
So, this really depends. Back in the yknow ancient days, people would typically leave the offering alone. However, most people nowadays aren't comfortable with "wasting" food like that, so I would say most people who work with deities will either not offer food or they'll eat the offered food themselves.
Now, I have seen people just leave the food, I see it more with Chthonic deities, and oftentimes they'll either compose the food afterward or just throw it out (but again, most people aren't comfortable with just throwing it out so they're usually not doing so).
How often you offer something to a deity depends on the deity you work with and yourself. Some people try to do it every day while others can only do it every now and then. And there are other kinds of offerings, not just food! For example, every time I'm listening to music, I can offer it to Apollo.
Now that I think of it though, you could totally just manifest that the food never rots hahah

There are a lot of different deities so your first step should be to figure out who you want to work with. Recognizing that some cultures are barred from anyone outside of that culture is also pretty important!
If you're talking about the Greek deities specifically, this post is a great start! From there, this site is pretty commonly used! And of course wikipedia is a great place if you can't find anything else :)
When it comes to "do i recommend it"... it really depends on you. It's not for everyone, sometimes that's personal preference and sometimes people just aren't comfortable with it. If you're genuinely interested in it then I'd say go for it! Do what you can to learn about which deity/deities you want to work with, how to work with them, and how to incorporate them into your life. Look for signs of communication from them, learn how to communicate with them, always be respectful, and you know... just go from there!

I was definitely scared and nervous when I first started working with them! I wasn't sure if they were even real and when I did get more secure in that, I didn't want to offend them or say something wrong. It can be really nerve-wracking but you get used to it!
As for how I know they wanted to work with me, I know this may sound a little weird if you're not spiritual or not used to practicing spirituality or even religion, but I just "knew". Kind of like how I know for a fact that 2+2=4, I also know when they're around or if I'm talking to them. I think it really helps to be confident in your own skills and knowledge here!
Communication with deities is different for everyone! For me, I literally just talk to them in my head. I'm not super comfortable speaking out loud to them (and they know that), so I speak to them in my head and I get a general feeling for what their response is. A simple example would be me saying something like "hello!", and then getting a feeling of them greeting me in return! There are tons of ways to communicate with them though, including prayers, tarot cards, pendulums, offerings, written words, spoken words, music, etc. While there are definitely classic ways to communicate, in modern times, there really is no right or wrong way as long as you're respectful!

i actually have a question for him too if that's alright! does he ever attempt to communicate with other beings? obviously, christianity/catholicism are both monotheism but him mentioning other deities is very interesting, especially since he said he was very lonely at first. can he talk to them? or does them being in "other realities" so to speak hinder that? since he's technically all powerful, couldn't he communicate with them if he wanted to? i can't imagine that he wouldn't be able to, especially since we can channel ourselves.

Hello! Thank you for answering again! The god that you speak of piques my interest highly. I don't mean to undermine his power or disrespect me, but he sounds quite human which is both comforting and sorrowful. He seems to be despairing but what words of comfort can I offer to a god? It's a futile attempt. Also,you spoke of two incidents where he tried to intervene. What might those two be? And what does he think of the Bible? Neville said that it was supposed to be a psychological drama. Forgive me if I'm out of line, but the Bible prescribes quite harsh punishments for some deeds( I hope you understand what I'm talking about). And who are these other eternal beings? Can he speak more on them? Does anyone know their origins?On another note, he seems to absolutely adore his children and I wish him hope and light( if that's any help at all). Eternity,after all, may not be so desirable.

He's actually not sad at all about not being born with meaning. He says that the concept that you're born for something is flawed and that we all just exist. Our existence itself is both meaningless and meaningful but as we exist, we get to decide what that meaning is with no factors of fate defining it. He has intervened a lot for many years apparently but there were two instances that just made him stop intervening in general. That'd be Noah of the Arc as well as Jesus. He thought that resetting all the progress would somehow redo all the mistakes but it hasn't exactly worked. At best, now all he does are minor interventions like telling me Im about to get pickpocketed. He doesnt do things on a global scale anymore mainly because it never gets the desired intent. He said he tells people what he means and most of the time, they either dont get it or dont go through with it. Its like him telling you to get the strawberry soda and you getting the orange soda or not getting a drink at all
He said that the bible has parts that were correct but overall mistranslated and misinterpreted over the years. To be fair, he does give a lot of his messages in very cryptic forms. Most of the time he doesnt directly give you answers to the questions you are asking but gives you riddles or cryptic messages to figure out the answer yourself. Problem with that is that a lot of people dont like the answer to their problems so they use a different one than the clear answer that was available to them. He gives you the tools to figure out the proper way to deal with something instead of directly dealing with it himself. He's like a mentor except most people dont follow him right or dont want to follow the path hes talking about
He said while some of the harsh punishments in the bible were said by him and are true, some of them arent. He says that that is in part to either accidental mistranslation or misinterpretation on purpose. He doesnt fully agree with telling people the punishments anymore because he says that, "if fear is the driving force as to why you would not do an immoral action, then how are you sure you would make the same decision without that fear? Are you truly a good person or are you afraid of being a bad one?". He knows people have same capacity to do good as well as to do bad so he wants to see what they'd do if they dont know someone is watching or what to look out for

he says forever is a long time but it isnt sad because he doesnt really notice. as long as he focuses on things that exist now, he never worries about the things tomorrow or yesterday. its always about being in the present for him that he doesnt notice the years go by and so he isnt stressed about it. he says the concept of infinity is scarier to all those who believe they are finite and that (this advice can go to anyone) to simply cherish existing. "You exist and that is enough reason to celebrate"

i can't be sure since i don't work with him but i imagine the bible is similar to greek myths. it's not an accurate recounting of things god or jesus actually said/did but more so what humans thought and what they wanted to share. especially since there are so many different versions that are known to have been written specifically to change things (king james version etc). i'm definitely interested in hearing about this if that's okay anon!

He said after realizing he existed, he just sort of... existed for a long while. There was nothing except him and other higher beings but he was separate from them so he was lonely. He was lonely to the point that he made things and people.
"Life for me had no meaning until then. I did not bring meaning into their lives, it was the other way around. They brought meaning to mine", was what he said when I asked him
For the most part, he likes humans. Since for a long time he was alone, he's comforted by their existence. It doesn't mean he likes or supports their every action or everything that happens to them but for the most part, he tries to never intervene or interfere as much as possible. He can get disappointed but not to the point that he tries forcing a different outcome, he's done that twice and it has never ended well so he just doesn't anymore. Interference can only be done on a minor scale now, he says
He both likes and dislikes Christians but he doesn't want you to misunderstand what he means here. He likes that there are people who believe in him but he doesn't like when they twist or overuse his words. He likes that some Christians are very good people living by his words but he is also worried that if his word wasn't out there that they wouldn't be those types of people. On a core level, he likes Christians but he doesn't like it when people twist his words or follow his words like they're law. Basically tl;dr he's not a dictator (someone who dictates your entire life) and doesn't like it when Christians treat him as such & he doesn't like it when people use or twist some of his words, laws, or values to their own benefit. I paraphrased heavily but he thought Jesus was a cultural reset but we're going back in circles apparently 😀
He said that for him, for a very very long time, life had no meaning. He realized that if he was going to live forever then what was the point in wallowing in meaning nothing. He decided one day that if he was not born with meaning, if he was not made with a core meaning, he would make one himself. He looks forward to simply existing. Everything he does or sees is equally meaningful to him and he doesn't need one big major meaning to his very long life. He said he can't speak for other eternal beings but watching his children makes him happy. He sometimes interacts with them and his other creations.

Thank you to the both of you for taking time to answer my queries! I read all the posts that were attached to the link and I've been meditating more often. The spirit/god that you've met seems quite interesting. Can you tell more about his identity,origins and characteristics?(if it's allowed or if you're comfortable sharing) does he know about loa? also,what are some special precautions I should take to not aggravate deities or spirits because I'm not trying to get struck down, you see.
So he is the Christiant/Catholic God/deity but when asked, he said he would be fine/would prefer also being called Mica. A few traits of his is
He has a favorite voice but he still tries to check out different voices for himself (his favorite voice sounds like the narrator from Stanley's Parable but deeper). His voice is loud and he commonly voice cracks which is incredibly funny now that I write about it
He likes songs from any genre but he prefers songs that are vocal based (he once said he liked All too Well until someone sang it one too many times in heaven, now he just doesn't). Whenever those songs pop up, he doesn't sing along but he does hum and compliments the artists voice
When he doesn't like something, he usually says something along the lines of "As long as one of my children likes it, then I will accept it", but he also does a kind of discontented "hmm" or a straight-up no sometimes 😭
He says very very random facts when I'm just doing something throughout the day. "If the United States follows Jus Soli then pepperoni pizza is American and not Italian" or "Humans were actually designed to exist on water but live on land" or "I had modeled Jesus from one of my favorite creations, the lizard!" and no, he just does not elaborate on any of these
He is a confused but supportive man! If he doesn't like what you're doing, he just sighs and makes a comment about free will and how he can't do anything about this
He doesn't have a physical form, he even makes jokes about this. He would often say, "If I had eyes, I would close them and never open them again" or "At times like this, I'm glad I never gave myself a nose". He said he can give himself a physical form but since he's not required to, he simply won't. He said, physically he has no gender but he prefers He for now. He said any pronoun is acceptable for him but he just prefers getting called He
I asked him about his origins before but he simply doesn't know the answer. "One day, I just realized I existed. I think for a long time, I just existed without ever realizing that I did. I will never remember where I began but I know that I will not end at the very least and so I am content with knowing that I am not completely all-knowing", was his answer
He does know about Loa! He's not bothered by affirmations like "I am God" because he knows its in reference to power, not religion. He's aware of the existence of other gods and deities in other dimensions/worlds/realities and he accepts that too
I was watching this kdrama called Business Proposal and like, when a certain scene happened, his voice came on and he sounded SO whiny, "he isn't good for you! Leave him :((" and I fell over laughing, "Don't laugh at me, I'm right :((("

To answer your last question, just be respectful. Deities understand human characteristics so they don't get mad if you run out of energy and can't talk anymore or if you get a random intrusive thought. They aren't there to judge you!! They are literally just random beings who like to communicate with people!! But again, be respectful. Don't intentionally insult them or say their advice is shit. If you want to communicate with someone specific, do research on them beforehand!
You'll get better at figuring out their moods and what they're trying to tell you as you speak to them. Just be nice! And try not to overthink everything you say. Trust me, if they don't want to work with you or they think you're annoying, they're not gonna work with you. If a deity is interested in you or sticks around, being yourself works a lot more than anything else.

i had done a few tests to make sure but i didn't believe it was him in the beginning either
asked him to strike me down. he did not, he did destroy a lamppost and said "sorry" before asking if that was good enough
asked him questions and he liked answering in riddles the more hyper specific the question but he would answer in very specific ways the more vague the question
his overall energy / vibe. his energy is intense and you can tell when he was there and when he wasnt. rooms feel unexplainably warm ,, brighter ,, and a loud voice out of nowhere pops out sometimes. you can tell when he leaves
he also would randomly tell me when something bad is going to happen like, "move to your right", and a car would later on almost hit the spot where I was at 😀. this has happened more than once
he doesn't have much malicious intent. if anything, he's like a really innocently curious guy who likes the most random things (he enjoys some songs and he ships things 😭 ,, it was a trip to find out)
when we were at church, i asked if he was here. "yes, i like the singing sometimes", but i asked if it was his house and he just said, "I have quite a few too many houses then but I'll allow it"
God is a very silly, kind of sassy man who likes changing his voice very often and telling me the most random things. He's passed all my tests to find out if he's a trickster and I even used subs to make sure of it. he's a great guy to work with !

Hi! I know you're asking the other anon, and I do hope they see this, but I can give some basic answers that hopefully help too :)
Before you do any more research, please read this post!
In witchy and spiritual circles, energy work quite literally refers to working with energy! Your energy, the energy around you, and everything in between. Here's a good post about it (and some other things)! I would actually recommend going through their "energy work" tag for more posts.
When communicating with other beings, I'd say you'll get better at knowing who's who as you do it more. In general though, putting up the proper protections for whatever you're doing, trusting your gut, and knowing when to cut communication (aka banishing in this case) is important. Energy work is actually very helpful for this! One very basic part of energy work is protective work (which often involves visualizing a shield of energy surrounding you) and that is necessary when communicating with other beings. Here's a good post on protection!
If you already work with the law, use that to your advantage! Assume that you're properly protected at all times and that you're always communicating with who you want to communicate with (and/or any being who means no harm). I'd also assume that only the beings you want to communicate with can communicate with you! That's actually what I do with my deities because having them around can still be overwhelming. I imagine this would help a lot with trickster spirits.
Some clues that you may be dealing with someone/thing who's lying about their identity:
if you have a feeling they are (trust your gut!!)
if you find yourself low on energy, constantly or suddenly in a bad mood (for no apparent reason or everything is pissing you off), sudden frequent nightmares
if they constantly change their identity (not necessarily changing their names! most beings will tell you if they want you to refer to them as something else or if they're comfortable with another name. changing their identity for no reason is a whole other thing)
if they get very aggressive or angry when you ask for their real identity or say that you're going to banish them/ask them to leave
if they tell you that you're like... super important or powerful (like a god reincarnated or a high priest/priestess).
if they don't want to tell you their intentions for why they're talking to you
if they can't answer basic questions about themselves or you (or they keep answering with things like "maybe/idk". in general, you'll know the difference between an actual deity who's saying maybe for whatever reason and a trickster who's saying maybe because they don't actually know)
This is just some very basic information. This post isn't comprehensive! I hope none of this scares you because trust me if you have the right information and do the right things, you'll be completely fine. But you do need to know the right information and this post isn't all of it. Red Flags in Witchcraft
Red Flags When Looking For Information
As a Witchling, doing research before attempting any spell-work is important. Whether you are asking more experienced witches for their knowledge, reading a book or searching for information on Google, you should always cross reference from multiple sources. While this is a good way to verify information, you should be aware of red flags to look for when doing your research. Inconsistency in terminology Pay attention to the words people use. You can often find people interchanging words to refer to the same thing. If you see this, consider it a red flag. It is important that you research the definitions of different terms, especially when you are just beginning your path as a witch. Here are terms that are sometimes interchanged that shouldn’t be: - Talisman & Amulet - Pagan & Wiccan - Smudging & Smoke Cleansing - Pentacle & Pentagram - Jinx & Hex & Curse Claiming Spell-work Does Not Have Consequences You may come across some witches who like to believe that doing any kind of spell-work doesn’t ever have serious consequences. Here is the problem with that: every action results in a consequence. It may not necessarily be a negative consequence, but there are risks. Always keep in mind that when you do spell-work you can either have no results, the results you expected or results you did not expect. Spell-work sometimes backfires. Sometimes spells end up causing more harm than good. There is also the possibility of causing collateral damage to people who you never intended to harm. This is why we always push the fact that Witchlings should always learn how to do proper cleansing, banishing and learn how to set up strong protections before attempting any other spell-work
When They Talk About Using Restricted and/or Closed Practices If you are new to witchcraft, you may not have heard of these before. Some practices are restricted or closed, meaning you either have to be born into them or be invited and/or initiated. The primary reason for certain practices to be restricted or closed is due to them being oppressed and abused. The history often includes racism, slavery, invasion of their sacred land and genocide. Here is a list of practices that are restricted or closed:

Claiming Witches Must Be Wiccan
Many of the sources that you find will probably be based on Wicca. Although not all Wiccans push Wicca onto Witchlings, there are some narcissistic Wiccans who will tell you that to be a true witch you must be Wiccan. This is not true. If you do not vibe with Wicca, then it simply isn’t for you. There are many other paths to choose from. The threefold law and the rest of the Wiccan Rede may not vibe with you. That is okay. Wicca is not for everybody and it is not the only valid path for a witch.
Claiming Only Women Can Be Witches Men can be witches, too. No, they don’t have to refer to themselves as “warlocks”. As far as most witches are concerned, Witch is a gender-neutral term. If anybody tells you men cannot be witches, chances are they are a misandrist. Don’t listen to them. Claiming You Must Work With Some Sort Of Entity Listen carefully. Whether it is deities, the fae or any other type of spirit, you must understand that working with any type of entity requires a certain level of responsibility and knowledge. There are trickster spirits and other negative entities that would love to jump at the opportunity of taking advantage of a Witchling who does not know what they are doing. You can get hurt if you do not know what you are dealing with. Do not attempt to work with any entities until you have learned the bare basics that I mentioned earlier. With that being said, working with entities of any kind is not a requirement to be a witch. That is a matter of belief and personal preference. There are some witches who are agnostic or atheist, and that is okay. Do not force yourself to work with entities if you know you do not want to. Claiming You Must Learn Some Form Of Divination This one may be against popular belief, but truth be told you do not have to practice divination. Although divination has its benefits, some witches just don’t vibe with using pendulums, runes, tarot or any other divination tool. That is perfectly fine.
Claiming You Must Celebrate The Sabbats You may have already discovered the Wheel of the Year, but if you have not then all you need to know is it tells of the holidays that many witches celebrate. Yule, Imbolc, Ostara, Beltane, Litha, Lughnasadh / Lammas, Mabon and Samhain. You do not have to celebrate these to be a witch. It is all a matter of personal preference.
Claiming You Must Identify As A “Type” Of Witch
Green Witch, Kitchen Witch, Eclectic Witch, Grey Witch, etc… Does not matter. These types of labels only exist to give people a sense of structure. You do not have to label your path. You are a witch. That is all that matters. Claiming You Must Do Shadow Work Listen carefully. Shadow Work isn’t a witch thing. It is a psychological thing. If you don’t understand this, look up Carl Jung and his theories. Shadow Work, although beneficial in many ways, can be difficult on a person who has experienced severe traumas. If you know that your traumas are very triggering for you, please avoid doing Shadow Work unless you are in the presence of a medical or psychological professional.

These are just a few red flags that you should look out for when doing research. Understand that not all people and resources are trustworthy and you have to be able to decipher what resources are reliable. There are many egotistical witches, , poorly written books and bad information across the internet.
okay mine was purely accidental.
but best i can explain it, me and a group of friends had begun dabbling in energy work and i had "fell" into a state. it was similar to the void state except everything different from it.
it was everything bright, everything floaty, there was nothing there except floaty clouds and bright lights. there was no one there and then big guys voice came on, he was surprised to see me honestly.
at first, this situation was weird. id have to meditate or at least focus on it to get into this state. time passed weirdly here, as in it didn't exist. usually, the big guy (he likes being called Mica, often changes his voice randomly, but does respond mostly to God) is the one who calls out to me now
his voice randomly pops in from time to time, usually replies immediately if i ask but its easiest to get into the state when praying because im focusing only on him. it takes some effort on my part if i want to talk with him but he just does it randomly that i don't usually have to get into it
it takes quite a bit of energy if you try getting into the state often. i recommend visualizing a portal like thing when getting into it so stay in the state longer instead of staying there for short periods of time but going multiple times
when working with god, or at least how i do it, he doesn't ask you for offerings MUCH but when he does ask you to do shit, pls follow him. he gets petty if you don't 😭

omg working with deities sounds so cool! probably a stupid question but how does that work?
oh! well it changes a lot depending on the deity(ies) you're thinking of! for instance, the way people work with the christian god is a bit different from the way people work with the greek gods. it also changes a lot from person to person. some people like to pray while others never do.
i know this isn't a great answer but if you're interested in working with a deity, i would recommend researching them first! research their history, how people worked with them in the past and now, etc!
in general though, i'd say some common things are talking to them (out loud, in your head, through writing, however you want really), asking for advice/help/companionship, and giving them things (energy, gifts, answers, it really depends on the deity)/helping them in return. again, this does depend on who you're working with and how often so this whole list could be wrong for some deities. definitely do research if there's a specific one you want to work with!
i love how u work with the greek gods as well!! it’s disheartening because so many people shit on people who work with deities or etc :( i work with hecate and aphrodite and if anything they help me so much with the law. they’ve helped me with my self concept, mindset and hecate has helped me get into the void. i love how people think it’s contradicting because the gods are supposed to be above u but they’re actually more like mentors who help me lol and are actually happy that i practice the law
i know!! the loa community can be so weird when it comes to people with other beliefs... which is like... the literal antithesis to how the law works but whatever. and same! my work with the gods has helped my mindset so much. i know i wouldn't be where i am today without them. and that's not a bad thing! shifting specifically has helped my mental health a lot and apollo loves it when i get excited about my DRs. the people who shit on working with deities are people who are entirely uneducated about it. it's not a cute look 🤷🏻♀️

1. strengthen your intuition. stop looking for outside proof and trust yourself. listen to the callings of your heart. if it feels wrong, don’t do it. if it feels right, trust that. also, work with the cycles of the moon.
2. healing and transformation. do your shadow work. face your dark sides and accept all your flaws with unconditional love. cleanse your space, body and mind. talk with someone you trust or a therapist about your difficulties. journal your feelings out.
3. cleanse yourself with water. drink more water. take a salt baths. eat fruits. listen to the rain. take trips to visit lakes, rivers, waterfalls or the ocean.
4. embrace your emotions. don’t ignore your feelings or hold yourself back from crying. always give your emotions the attention and care they deserve.
5. be compassionate. listen more. learn to receive rightfully. allow others to be themselves without judging and allow yourself to be without self judgements.
6. rest. forget your responsibilities and take a break. indulge in doing nothing and just being. we’re called human beings after all.
7. be nurturing. be mothering to yourself and also spread that caring nature to others. talk about something you are passionate about. cook or bake and make a nourishing fulfilling meal. give gifts. find something to care for and pour your heart into (plants, animals, kids, skills)
8. go with the flow. don’t rush to make decisions. wait and let things unfold for themselves.
9. be artistic. start romanticizing your life. make everything around you aesthetically pleasing. listen to vibrant music. write yourself love letters. create endlessly. start daydreaming about every possibility.
10. indulge. reward yourself. eat your favorite foods. go shopping. watch your favorite tv show or movie. read a romantic books. etc.

I've always been a void person but I'm focusing on sp now. It's not for everyone but if you aren't afraid of being in sp (which you shouln't fear really) then try it out and follow her steps!
