c@l log - 07/05/25 exam today so I wanted to make sure I’m properly fuelled.

07:30 - toast (150), scrambled eggs (200), butter (70), apple and ginger juice (75)

ugh my mum made me go out to nando’s with her and she ordered for me, i just don’t have the mental strength to refuse to eat and upset her.

13:10 - chicken burger (530), chips (450), ketchup (20), lemonade (100)

16:10 - 50 minute walk and ran a tiny bit. my leg muscles are so useless and my bones are weak so it's really hard for me to run without pain.

19:40 - chicken sausages (180), mushrooms (20), tomatoes (30), potatoes (180). blood orange (70) and chocolate (900).

such a b1nge on chocolate, i feel disgusting. i need to get better at saying no to food

total cals - 2445

please please send m34nsp0 i need to lock tf in

Motivation to be sk1nn1

1. be able to wear shorts to workout or in the summer 2. toned arms!!! 3. not be afraid when my grandparents take photos of me in my swimming clothes 4. to have my th1ghs be so much smaller so I don't look like a fucking elephant 5. to have a flat stomach and small waist so that people compliment me 6. to be able to run without joint pain from being such a f4tty 7. to be able to wear a cute Halloween costume without being afraid people will laugh at me 8. to be sk1nn13r than the girl who used to bully me 9. to have boys compliment me and actually like me 10. to not say 'oh I don't know my weight' when people ask me, to be confident to say what I weigh out loud without feeling ashamed

i have no way of counting steps, but i walk for about 50 minutes everyday, does anyone have an estimate of how many steps that would be?

i keep seeing people on here saying you should do 10k steps but i don’t know how much that would be?

Then whenever you want to watch that show or listen to that audio you have to go and workout.

Look up insp0 to workout on tiktok and look at the Gymbro content.

Sure they may have different goals to you, but their methods are similar. They workout a lot and have a c@lor13 d3f1c1t.

They have loads of great recommendations for motivational podcasts and some of the best m34nsp0 I have ever seen.

08:45 - 30 minute full body workout with weights

12:40 - scotch egg (300), kale (20), tomatoes (12), grapes (24), mushroom (8)

13:00 - frozen yoghurt (75)

14:15 - 50 minute walk

19:45 - tomato sauce (413) and pasta (150)

20:20 - strawberries (30), chocolate (200)

20:40 - light pilates and stretch workout

ugh so after I posted this my mum made me eat more, which is so annoying. I don't want to argue with her because things have been really good between us lately, but I also don't want to gain.
