My name is Azrael or Az for short, I'm 18 and a proud trans(she/her) lesbian. I'll be using this blog to talk about anything and everything, be them stories from my life, tales of my transition, or anything else I think of! Chat, Im in a pickle(again)
So, if you know my posts, you know that I have a wicked crush on my coworker/ best friend. The pickle in question is, I'm not sure if I do have a crush on her anymore she hasn't done anything to slight me. I just don't feel the same way about her. She's still my best friend, and I'd die for her, but I dont think Im romantically in love with her anymore
So, uh that was not something I was ready to deal with, lol
I love how whimsical my life is. There's no story to go along with this, I just really appreciate all the weird things that happen to me(see previous posts for context if you wanna). I love being whimsical, I love bringing whimsy, and I love experiencing whimsy
So, as is evident, I am a lesbian(see previous posts and tags), but I've somehow managed to enter a platonic Sub/Dom relationship with a male friend of mine, and it's great. It scratches that itch that I've had for too long and isn't like weird in any way cause we both know the specifics of what the relationship is
I had the strangest interaction with a customer a few days ago(for context, I work at a gas station/convenience store) I was bagging her items and she just goes "Oh my goodness! You have such long finger!" And like, I suppose I do but wth lol(picture of hand for additional context) She then asked if I played piano which I do not and then she went on her way, I fuckin love people
Omg omg omg!!! My friend(same one from the previous post if you're caught up Keeping Up With the Queers) helped me buy some pairs of lacy underwear not that long ago(this woman istg /pos) and I finally tried on the one that came in.
It looks so good!! It fits nicely, the lace is nice looking, and it makes my butt look super cute(a previously major source of dysphoria, for context) I never thought I'd look good in something like this but I do!

I love trying to find tips for skincare and such and people say "Exfoliate and moisturize" and all that and then I look up how to do that(because no one taught me, for obvious reasons) and I get people saying to just, do it??? Unfriendly reminder that while you're busy mourning the loss of your childs old gender, claiming you need to mourn the death of your son/daughter, there's a group of boys/girls/enbies scrambling to take your kid clothes shopping, snatching up the chance to take those "first" experiences from you forever. Your sons first fishing trip is gonna be with his best bros, your daughters first makeover is going to be with her girl friends, your kids first camping trip out as themselves is gonna be with the besties. Good luck getting those bonding experiences back. While you're busy trying to guilt-trip your kid with your weird manufactured parental trauma, there's a whole community ready to take your place as the better family.

One of my biggest pieces of advice for those taking injectable hormones is to make sure you're injecting at the right angle
For intramuscular (IM), you inject at a 90° angle.
For subcutaneous (SQ), you inject at a 45° angle.

A word of advice to trans women
Go to your nearest target. Buy a two pack of pushup bras (24$ for 2), and target’s bra inserts (12$). Then go to your nearest Walmart and buy the Vasserette Control Shapewear Panties (2.50 each), they do wonders for helping your tuck. There you go! You just saved yourself a lot of money, you can afford to buy enough to wear every day, and best of all you look fabulous. -@twidx

the reason why you can't define gay as "man loving man", or define lesbian as "woman loving woman", or define trans as "person who has dysphoria and identifies as the 'opposite' gender " is because all queer identities defy being defined in a reductive, singular statement. the entire point of these identities are that they cannot fit inside the rigid boxes of what gender, sexuality & expression "should" be according to our societies.
people with these identities will always break the rules. we will always blur the lines and exist outside of the boundaries you set around us. you can't try to force us into boxes and hard definitions all over again, we intrinsically defy them no matter what.
trans ppl are so mfn cool bc we are all such different people from each other but we have common ground on our identities
all my best relationships have been t4t but at the same time i have MAD beef with the other 2 trans guys from my highschool
we are all unique complex people and some of us dont get along very well but there is a mutual understanding of who we are
