and now....my little yellow submarine sona or smh! Well, she's from Pepperland, but she ran away to Empty Head to save herself, well, you know, she's an empty head..... and because I have blue eyes or something, I decided to make them like Ringo's.

I really enjoyed looking at these two drawings side by side.
it's just me... in bed...nothing deep, I'm just lying sad, sick, or just sad... while I was drawing, I didn't even think about it, but resently I was flipping through and saw how similar they are...

Eu precisava escrever em algum lugar!
Eu não sei exatamente por onde começar.
Só sei que precisava de um lugar que fosse meu — e, ao mesmo tempo, de ninguém.
Recentemente fui diagnosticada com transtorno afetivo bipolar (TAB). Talvez você saiba o que é, talvez não. Eu mesma ainda estou aprendendo.
Hoje estou numa fase depressiva. Dura. Difícil de explicar. É como estar dentro de um quarto escuro mesmo com a janela aberta. Me sinto pesada, desconectada e, muitas vezes, sem conseguir me reconhecer.
Criei esse espaço como tentativa de colocar pra fora o que me atravessa. Sem filtro. Sem explicações técnicas.
Eu não sou psicóloga, médica ou especialista em nada além do que vivo aqui dentro.
Mas se alguém chegar até aqui e se sentir um pouco mais compreendido, já valeu.
Pode ser que eu fale sobre a rotina. Pode ser que só escreva coisas soltas. Pode ser que suma por uns dias.
Esse é meu jeito de resistir — escrevendo, sentindo, tentando entender.
Se você também estiver tentando, fica à vontade pra ficar.

Free as a bird. Smart as an owl.
Fast as a tiger. Strong as a bear.
But I should just be a child .
When "Me" meets "Myself"
After a long day of hard work/study, when you return to a place where you are all alone. You remember that some "Me" was all this time, waiting to see you home. You are sorry, for how you left the most important person to you,"Me" all alone. You get fresh and knock on the door which opens your way, just to yourself. It not even takes a second, that the door opens, and it's none other than "Me" standing. Tears fall, when you apologise for how you both left each other alone for so long. You realise that there was some "Me" waiting for "Myself" all this time.They both touch each other, too happy to see each other and combine, because they were always destined to be one. You then do what you like, whether it's gazing at the stars all night, or it's painting that something you like.
It's just like some "Magic" happens when they both meet. And I am really lucky to realise before it's too late, that "Myself" can never live without "Me".
It's more of a blessing to realise that the most important person to you will always be "you" before it's too late, because then you'd be ashamed for how you ignored each other for so long.
