I'm working on several drawings related to X-Men Evolution, with my OC or not.

Ah yes, the 2000s. A new millennium arrived, gothic and hip-hop fashion was trending, independent cinema gained popularity, Y2K paranoia and computer errors.

And also the birth of superhero movies like Spider-Man and Batman, and of course: The X-Men.

And here we are, my baby in X-Men Evolution, a series I loved and recently rewatched like twice. It took me a while because I wanted to make it as similar to the series' style as possible, and the background was the hardest part because I didn't know what to put in it, lol.

But anyway, here you have 2000s Max, a fan of science fiction and rock, and her endless crush on Kurt—she also has Sabretooth as a crush, but you should know it's nothing serious because the age difference is huge and that will never happen

I wasn't planning on showing it since it's still in the sketch stage and I wanted to wait to finish it, but as you know I can't keep my hands still.

Anyway, it's still a sketch, an initial idea that I'll add some small changes to later.

He can teleport like his father Nightcrawler, but it is through the Void, not only so quickly that it becomes imperceptible, Raz can also stay there and return whenever he wants. Raz looks more like his grandfather Azazel lol. He does not currently have an alias. Don't ask him what his middle name is.

Earth 12, yes, that universe where our heroes and villains are treated like celebrities. Do u remember Pretty Boy Sabretooth? well he is from that universe.

Anyway, I made a sketch a long time ago of my OC for that universe. Her entire wardrobe is based on 2000s fashion.

Ref-

Revamped my X-Men OC Fire Starter and retouched her powers. It would probably help if I was good at anatomy, but I’m proud of how this turned out.

Now instead of just being Pyrokenitec, it’s a bit more in-depth: she can either breath normal oxygen or switch to intake carbon dyoxide, the carbon from the CO2 is stored inside her body and compounds into a flammable form of the element (like charcoal). While like this she gets enough oxygen to live and actually puts out some unneeded and excessive oxygen. When she does this too often she can get too much carbon build up and will have to burn it off even if not in a fight. She does keep enough stored carbon in her system to always be ready to either fight or start a camp fire. (I’m not 100% on the science here but I thought it would be a cool idea either way)

Plus her powers show up a bit more physically the parts with the visible skeleton are tinged orange or red, with her bones being stained with stored carbon being a dark grey. Her eyes were just something I felt looked cool and the irises are a dull orange color. Sadly her teeth are stained as part of this so she tends not to smile with her teeth. The only major parts that are seethrough are her hands and lower face, because that is where she most often uses her powers, hands are obvious but... come on who doesn’t want to breathe fire like a dragon

I’m so used to this OC being scared of her powers so I wanted to draw her actually enjoying them a little.

I may get around to cleaning these up for more stuff, but here’s some trad stuff that I did during my lectures

I realized that I never posted the last stuff I drew from her- I like to think she acts motherly due to her mother issues

I made an X-Men Oc! Her character is under but if you don’t like pus or boils then u should scroll pass ^^ (it’s not detailed but just in case)

Her name is Maya Chanthavong and she is a first generation Laotian American. She was thirteen when her mutant ability manifested( first appearing as acne, but kept developing into the cystic mound it is now when maya/mother intervened with it. When it became noticeable through a headband, her peers started to tease/bully her for being an “ugly unicorn”- leading her to be simply called unicorn. I’m still figuring out how she realized that the mound was due to her being a mutant, but when a person got into contact with the pus, they are given extreme luck or healed of any ailment. When this was figured out, her parents/peers/doctors tried to abuse her ability. Each time it is used, the mound would grow and spread- being painful to maya. When she finally decided to run away, she sought refuge with the Morlocks. I would’ve included my self insert, but I got shy and decided against it( also when I draw them it feels like it isn’t rlly a self-insert). If you took the time to read my ramblings thank you!

More oc stuff! This time it is my X-men fan characters. :))

I had some thoughts about Rook and Reign when they get older, as well as doodled a small and simple ref for Reign and a few nonsensical doodles on the side.

Left to right is Rook (they/he), Reign (she/her), and Windlocke (she/her).

I meant for these only to be warm up doodles, but I ended up doing a bit more, since I just love them so much. I love doing these type of sketches where I just write down random notes to accompany my art. It obviously shows if you see my other art tho lol, but it can be a bit unnecessary sometimes lol.

She's an X-men oc technically, but I'll probably do more with her/branch out because I cannot get enough of her. I'll make another post about her abilities and other things important another time.

The character in middle, between Rook and Reign in the second slide, belongs to my bestie @awritersrenaissance! Her name is Gabrielle Morris, also known as The Moth hehe. Fun fact, Gabs and Rook are cousins and their stories are pretty intertwined! (The character mentioned as Hammerhead is their oc as well.)

Sorry for all my notes, I know they're not ideal, but that is just how I get info out sometimes lol. I will probably be drawing these sillies more later. If anyone is interested in Rook and Reign for any reason, please don't hesitate to ask questions! I love yapping about my ocs.

I'll probably make some silly doodles of them interacting with canon characters soon enough. I have a funny idea for Rook and Kurt's interactions asjakjsk.

These doodles vary in dates, which you can tell by the fact that Rook's ref has only my signature and no watermark, but the others have the watermark and no signature lmaoo.

An indulgent X-men Oc.

Gabrielle Morris AKA The Moth, she utilises a form of light manipulation where she essentially consumes light as an energy source, turning her surroundings completely dark.

Gabrielle was a cheerleader, socialite and star student. Destined for great heights, to be the first woman in her family to get a higher education. Only for her plans and dreams to completely fall apart days before prom, when her mutation manifests and turns her into a monster.
