Marlene McKinnon headcanons because I love her

Was actually the first in the marauders to be punk. Remus insists that he was the one who introduced punk to everyone but Marlene just sits there glaring at him because she knows she’s always been way more punk than this nerd.

At thirteen she was the one who strutted around with black nail varnish and oversized band t-shirts. Punk women owned her entire heart.

They both set up a little study group where they helped each other and figured out different ways to make reading and writing easier for themselves, even if that meant just being there to support each other.
