Marauders band AU:
James and Peter forming a band in their really early teens. Denim jackets, converse and matching hair. Sirius black coming along years later looking for an escape from his family all of which are world renowned classical composers. Cigarettes, liquid eyeliner and painted nails. Potter on the guitar, Pettigrew on Vocals/Keyboard, Black on the drums. Remus lupin found them last, an eighteen year old with nothing to loose, Doc martens, Scars and hands born to play the bass. Lily, Marlene and Mary a band who they met at a recording studio. Sirius putting up his hair with drumsticks. Regulus carrying on the black name with Barty, Evan, Pandora and Dorcas, playing violins and pianos and cellos at opera houses. Wolfstar being shipped by fans worldwide. Joint Instagram accounts. Regulus teaching James how to play on a keyboard because he didn’t want to overshadow Remus. Sirius and Regulus being seen arguing in Public, captured by Paparazzi. Leather jackets and designer suits. Remus himself having a tremor in his hands, he needs meds for just so they can stop shaking. Arguments before concerts. Chaotic interviews, music videos. Questions asked about love, Peter smirking, James blushing, Remus kissing Sirius. The whole lot of them LGBTQ+ icons, Remus, Lily and Regulus performed a song together once and everyone went mental. I could go on. The potential is here guys.

My opinions on Marauders era ship names (my opinions no hate)
— Wolfstar - 7.5/10, I really like it it’s like a wolf howling to the moon but expect to a star, which is strange but beautiful. I’ve heard it sm it’s kinda normal for me idk, it doesn’t strike me that much. ~ Moonstar - 8.5/10, I love this also, I prefer this one tho. This one feels right and just seems more like engaging ig?
— Jily - 8/10, very cute name. Jily is the og name and I love it but.. ~ Flowerpot - 9.5/10 i love this name SM better, it sounds more iconic and rare idk, Flowerpot does different stuff to me. Gives me more love and home-y vides which fit them sm

"Why are you so angry, Marley?" the team's keeper asked. "They even let us beat their asses up, again!" He exclaimed jovially, high-fiving James.
"All she fucking does is try to fucking distract me" Marlene rolled her eyes. "Plus that she's not even hot, so it just makes her look stupider than she is."
"Seems like someone's angry!" the seeker gasped with a smile, trying to mock Marlene's very plausible thoughts. "Or rather jealous."
"Zip it, Erikson" Marlene hissed.
"Yeah, she's batshit." the keeper nodded. "Why so rude, McKinny?"
"Do NOT make me throw a bludger at you, Miles. Also, I am not rude."
"Oh, come on, Marlene!" James groaned. "What's your problem with Cas? She's a nice girl!"
"Oh goodness. Dorcas, Dorcas, Dorcas! James, are you dating her or what?" Marlene asked impatiently, starting to tap her foot.
"No!" James said back defensively (in Marlene's jealous opinion). "Come on, Marls, the fact that you don't like her doesn't mean that anyone that does is making out with her in broom closets."
"Well, Marlene would be in the closet for Meadowes!" one of the chasers laughed and high-fived the rest of the team. "In more than one way!" he finished, making Marlene blush a "bit".
"Haha, very funny. I'll excuse you, Kristen. You fucking stink." Marlene rolled her eyes.
And, oh my god, what was the team's problem with Marlene? They have been bugging her with 'The Meadowes' thing for ages now! How could they ever insinuate that Marlene has a crush on a Slytherin little crap? She did have the most giant and gay crush on Dorcas, but that wasn't their business anymore.

marlene had been gone for a while now, as the memory of an august order meeting that had played in their head over and over again reminded them, but they still felt marlene's hot breath against their neck, her cold fingers touching them, drawing patterns on their body, the gentle brush of fingerprints making them shiver and a content sigh to escape their lips.
and, no matter how much everyone around them had tried to deny it, marlene was still there, with the ones that still believed in not necessarily the human, the flesh, but in merely the concept.

“Marlene,” Dorcas pleaded “my friends there-“
“Disgusting pieces of shit!” Marlene said, flinging around to see Dorcas’s tear stained face.
Marlene had just come from Dorcas’s dorm, a weird interaction had happened between her and Pandora and she was pissed.
“Don’t you realise how weird that is!” Marlene spat,
“I thought you knew Pandora wasn’t normal!” Dorcas chuckled a bit, trying to keep herself from crying more
“I’m sorry, I thought she just had her head in the clouds a bit!” Marlene mocked “she just told me I how I was gonna die”
Dorcas knew that she wasn’t going to be convincing Marlene to not think about it. Marlene would think about it, a lot. All the time.
“She just does that!” Dorcas tries to explained, Marlene scoffed
“She said my closest friend would betray me, killing my Family in the process! What kinda of bullshit is that” Marlene shouted,
“I’m sorry! She- she just-“ Dorcas stuttered, unable to find the words. Pandora didn’t mean to, she never meant to. Dorcas knew that, Marlene didn’t.
Dorcas knew Marlene wouldn’t understand, Marlene had in fact boasted many times that divination was a useless subject. No one could actually see into the future.
Whether that’s true or not depends on if regulus did really die at only 18. Dorcas’s friends had learned to look past there apparent deaths, but Marlene wouldn’t know how to.
“Christ Dorcas” Marlene finally said, “you know I love you but, Jesus your friends are weird”
“Everyone knows Pandora is weird!” Dorcas groaned,
“But this is a new level of weird!” Marlene sighed, “Christ, just give me some space right now while I think about the fact that I’m going to die young!” Marlene stomped off, leaving Dorcas standing in the hallway.
She was trapped, trapped in the thought that Marlene might just break up with her. She didn’t even hear the footsteps come up behind her, but then again no one hears her footsteps.
“I didn’t mean to” a small whisper said, Dorcas jumped. She snapped her head to see a ghostly figure next to her, even with the tan skin.
“I’m sorry Pandora, I know it’s not your fault” Dorcas said, slowly embracing Pandora. Turning her away and back to the dungeons.
“I really didn’t mean to, it was a mistake. I tried not to slip I really tried!” Pandora pleaded,
“Shush dear, I know it’s not your fault”
