i love when dan and phil think they’re normal. when they were like you have to make sure you eat the same food as your roommates all the time at the same time and dan was out and had a doughnut so he doordashed one to phil so they could eat the same thing at the same time and they were like you know how it has to be like this. and i was like. you literally don’t. like it doesn’t have to be like that. i think you guys are just weird and codependent and there’s something wrong with you

Phil saying that he didn’t want to stop being “Dan and Phil.” He was the one who convinced Dan to come back. We always talk about how fond Dan is of Phil and visibly and tangibly and deeply he loves Phil. But like. We cannot forget that Dan is the love of Phil’s life. Dan is his safe place. His constant. He wants him to be around. Of course he wants Dan to be independent and he supports him. But like. Phil loves him so much that he wanted to keep his name tied to Dans. And I’m really normal about that
