saw someone say that in the first chapter of LkoF Dru mentioned kit having picked up British isms? that's not in the version I found so is there another version or is that from sm else entirely? thanks!!

Predictions for twp: (this is basically just me manifesting, some random theories, and the occasional actual prediction)

Kit gives Jessa a heart attack (this ones a given)

kitty horrendously, hopelessly, completely and utterly fail to communicate for majority of the first book

dru forgets ash exists. again. x2.

morgenthorn kiss in first book (...am i pushing it a bit?)

Thule!Ty (i saw this cool post abt thule being a 'cracked mirror' of the og world, so livvy mightve tried to revive ty instead of vice versa?), OR

Lucifer somehow possesses Ty (honestly considering the dream this seems more and more likely...)

In relation to that, maybe ty reviving (reghosting?? re-kinda-viving?) livvy opened up a way for lucifer to enter their world, or possess ty? maybe it left him 'unprotected', maybe it made a tear in the divide between worlds, smth like that (based on this)

Too many serious ones, time for some sillies: clace and/or sizzy wedding (this ones more 'light-hearted' than 'silly', but eh)

alec is completely done. hes so over it. sick of their bs.

magnus is also done w the sh's bs, like he is in every book, and like in every book he contradicts his most recent claim that he will not deal with whatevers next and helps. and then says again that hell leave them to deal with whatevers next themselves. which he will definitely not do.

cc is gonna leave us on a cliffhanger for one duo and then switch to the other. from morgenthorn to kitty to morgenthorn to kitty again and again at the most inopportune moments. well b on the edge of our seats the entire time istg

yall. i was going through some of cc's old newsletters, and on the one of april 8th (for me, might be like 9th or 7th for yall??) last year (2024), so exactly one year ago, she was talking abt when shed get the books she was working on released. she also mentioned how itd been sold tot the publisher around october the year before that (which is when she was able to get started writing). and one thing she said was that it takes at least 1 year to write a book. its been a year since she said that.... over a year since she was able to get started....

so, in conclusion, cc is, at the very least, relatively close to finishing tlkof.

now, i saw another post point out that the tsc books have had a trend of the main ship(s) kissing in the first book (dont quote me on this, i havent checked, im just trusting the post.)

thought about Ash being surnameless some more & I've decided the ideal thing that could happen is Dru gets possessed by the spirit of Will Herondale and tells Ash word for word what Will told Tessa at the end of tid ("you can have mine")

Am I the only one imagining Dru knitting a hat for Ash to cover his ears in public
