Well, I finally got my drawing tablet out. I haven't drawn on it in so long. I'm really getting used to the program. So this is just a little attempt to remember what it's like to draw on a tablet. But I think it's quite cute.

They Did What?

Shinsou and Midoriya had noticeably gotten closer. No one knew what happened to get Shinsou to suddenly open up to Midoriya and accept his kindness. All they knew was something happened between the two and it triggered them to become friends.

Midoriya and Shinsou would occasionally disappear during lunch. That drew some attention and even stirred up some rumors about their relationship. Some believed they simply wandered off to eat lunch together or to spend time alone to talk. Other people believed they were dating and wanted to keep it a secret so they’d sneak off to be lovey-dovey.

Uraraka couldn’t lie, she got a little nervous at the thought of Midoriya being in a relationship. If he was, she'd accept it. It would take her a while to move on but she’d never risk losing Midoriya because of jealousy. Iida didn’t care at all, as long as it didn’t interfere with Midoriya's learning and training, then there was nothing wrong. Tsuyu was, of course, rooting Midoriya on. She was one of the people who believed Midoriya and Shinsou were dating or moving towards that. Todoroki was confused, he didn’t understand his jealousy and he didn’t know what to do with it. He planned on talking to Midoriya about it, he would be the most understanding out of the group about this. Besides, Midoriya helped him before, he could help Todoroki again.

Shinsou and Midoriya were the talk of the hero department and the general department. The General Department knew better than to stick their noses into Shinsou’s affairs. Class 1-A was another story, they had no boundaries and were ignorant when it came to knowing when to keep out of other people's business. Hence, why Midoriya considered himself the number one secret keeper in the class.

Midoriya managed to keep his relationship with All Might secret and the secret of his quirk even though it was so obvious. Like, it was kinda embarrassing. Although, passing down quirks was unheard of, and they don’t even really know about the depth of All for One and One for All. Either way, they didn’t even really care to understand Midoriya’s quirk, and they didn’t even flash an eye at the fact he shattered his bones every time he used it. No one knew anything about his past, such as the bullying. No one knew that Bakugo, the rising star of U.A., had bullied him. No one knew about the fact he never met his father and has no relationship with him. No one knows what All Might had said to him. No one knows he fought the sludge villain to save his back-stabbing childhood friend. No one knew anything. All they knew were the basics and Midoriya’s mannerisms. Yet, secrets only stay secret for so long when you tell someone them.

Todoroki finished up his soba quickly, quicker than usual. He stood up and turned to the others, “I’ll be taking my leave. I’m going to go look for Midoriya.”

Uraraka looked up at the dual-colored boy and immediately agreed to join him, “I’ll come too! I’ve been wondering where Midoriya disappears off to.”

Tsuyu grinned, shooting back her chair, turning her attention to Iida, “Let’s go Iida! I’ve been dying to know if the rumors are true! Besides, Midoriya deserves a relationship, and Shinsou is definitely worthy in my opinion.”

Iida shot up out of his seat after finishing up what was left on the tray, “Let’s go. I would like to congratulate Midoriya on his relationship status with Shinsou!”

Their lunch shift was 50 minutes and they had around 20 minutes remaining. It offered them a nice chunk of time to look for Midoriya. They stopped and checked 1-A, and then 1-C only to find they weren’t there. They then checked the rooftop where Midoriya often was found thinking or studying. He wasn’t there oddly enough. The only spot they could think of where food was allowed was the library. Making their way into the library there were a couple of students there, all studying or just relaxing. As soon as they were about to give up they heard speaking. Peeping through the openings between books, they spotted them.

Midoriya was aggressively flipping through pages frustrated. Shinsou was scanning through books and sitting them on a pile for them to list.

“Why are they covering this up? Everything from All for One to discrimination on the quirkless is being covered up! It doesn’t make sense!” ranted Midoriya, growing frustrated.

Shinsou stood up, staring at Midoriya with a soft stare. “Well, when we become heroes, we could use our platform to finally spread information.”

Midoriya bit his lip, closing the book. “See, uhm. We may not have enough time for that. All for One can literally attack at any given moment, and the public needs to be aware of him! He’s the mastermind behind all villains and there will be a panic. It just doesn’t make sense on why they-.”

Shinsou waved his hand in front of Midoriya’s face. “Hello? You good?”

Midoriya slapped the book closed, rubbing his face. “I’m an idiot. I just realized why they are covering up that he’s still alive, but what I don’t get is why they refuse to tell the story of how he rose to power.”

Shinsou paused, thinking to himself before an idea struck him. “His power was associated with the sudden appearances of quirks, right? So since there is the discrimination of the quirkless currently they try to not talk about him since he was the one stealing people’s quirks from them?”

Midoriya nodded, picking out a book. “Yes. All Might had told me when quirk started to appear some people couldn’t handle it, and it resulted in people shutting down and becoming zombies.”

Shinsou raised a brow, asking a question softly. “Why are you and All Might so close? Like— no offense but why would he sit down and tell you about hidden information?”

“Well, as you know I was a late bloomer. Quirkless up until entrance exams. All Might basically trained me after an incident we encountered together. Between you and me, I think All Might is preparing to fight All for One. I think he’s preparing for me to realize his career is coming to an end,” revealed Midoriya, his shoulders sagging as he finally vented.

“That’s... rough. I mean! It’s amazing he trained you and all but, now you’re in the middle of all of this. How long have you been keeping all of this to yourself?” questioned Shinsou, slowly worried for Midoriya’s mental health.

Midoriya grinned, sitting back down. “I never told anyone anything before. I trust you Shinsou. I know I can relate to you about discrimination and bullying. I know you’ll be an incredible hero and you’ve worked so hard for everything.”

Shinsou leaned on Midoriya, offering some comfort. “Still, you’re incredible. You managed to rise to the top with only what a measly 3 or four months of having a quirk? You literally shatter your bones and don’t complain while others in your class act like babies.”

“I think everyone in my class is great! They all have their strong suits built differently! They’ve all had different experiences and they all have different needs. Since I was physically abused growing up, my pain tolerance is a lot higher than others.”

Shinsou narrowed his eyes, taking Midoriya’s hand and tightly gripping it in a protective manner, “I swear—.”

Midoriya squeezed back, opening his mouth and then closing it. Taking a small breath he finally spoke out. “Kacchan once told me back in junior high... to take a swan dive off the roof of the building. He said hopefully I’d get a quirk in my next life. I then got attacked by a sludge villain under a bridge when heading home from school. I almost died, but right as I was about to tap out All Might saved me. We ended up on the roof of a building and All Might told me I’d never be a hero without a quirk. I was so close to jumping, I had stood there for maybe ten minutes contemplating whether I was going to jump or not. I chose not to. I loved my mother too much to hurt her. Yet, Bakugo was attacked by the sludge villain. No heroes on-site even tried to help. So I did. Quirkless little Deku saving a boy who would beat me up and belittle me every second of every day. The hero’s shunned me while they praised Bakugo. Yet, All Might caught me on my way home. My bravery and impulse won him to train me, to help me become the best hero in his image.”

Shinsou suddenly turned Midoriya to face him, before Midoriya could even process what was happening. Cold lips pressed against his warm ones, covered in drugstore chapstick. Yet, Midoriya leaned into the kiss with a relaxed smile, his hands creeping up to wrap around Shinsou’s neck. Shinsou rested his hands on Midoriya’s hips, pulling him closer. After a couple more seconds they pulled back. Midoriya flushed a light pink.

Midoriya was too happy to be flustered or panicked. Midoriya felt so loved, flooded with passion and new excitement. His high school sweetheart, his first boyfriend, and his first relationship: Shinsou. Shinsou seemed just as happy, content with the minty flavor left on his lips.

“Midoriya, I’m so grateful you're here right now. I’m so thankful to feel your touch and taste your lips covered in mint chapstick. You’re so badass and powerful and smart and optimistic and I don’t think All Might could’ve chosen a better person to train. I have vowed to hate Bakugo even more now, and I definitely will be brainwashing All Might into doing the chicken dance the next time I see him,” joked Shinsou, a tired smile on his face.

Midoriya, picking up some books while rising to his feet, sighed, “I’m glad I didn’t give up. Your lips are cold… it sent lightening bolts down my spine in the best way possible. You're very hardworking Shinsou! Getting into UA is an incredible achievement! Besides, you’ll most definitely be in Class 1-A in no time. Mineta is definitely going to get expelled for his disgusting behavior sooner or later.”

Shinsou remained quiet for a while, trying to remember who Mineta was. “Oh, is he the one who sexually harasses any girl that breaths right?”

“Yeah, I may or may not have punted him once in the hallway because he was going to take a pic under Momo and Jiro’s skirt while they were distracted.”

“Nice! Well, we can train together until that happens! Thanks again for helping me strengthen my quirk.”

“You're welcome! It’s fun to try and break out of it. Sadly I’m just too talented for you to lock me in.”

“Yeah! I don’t even know how you access your quirk in the first place!”

“I have people that live in my head and kinda just send all the power I possess through me till I’m so overwhelmed that I release it through my fingers. Thankfully I don’t break them anymore.”

“Woah— wait, what? You’re like... possessed? Cool, do you think…like… I could get some and have them use my quirk to send me to sleep?”

“Alright Mr. Insomniac. Why don’t we try and get you a sleeping bag? It seems to get Aizawa through the day,” laughed Midoriya, putting the books away and slipping a couple into his bookbag.

“A... sleeping bag?”

“Yeah! And we can get you a purple one!”

“You know what? Alright. It’s worth a shot.”

“Yes! We can go after my personal training with All Might tonight!”

“Sweet, let’s head to the cafeteria! I wanna buy some green tea. Tea somehow keeps me awake more than coffee does.”

Shinsou hummed, taking some books himself. “I’m probably going to get a cold coffee. I really enjoy my double shot of expresso.”

Midoriya sighed walking out of the aisle with Shinsou, content, “You really are crazy Hitoshi!”

The two passed by, Midoriya going deathly still as he stared back at his friends that all looked at him with horrified stares.

Shinsou mutters under his breath only to look at Midoriya and notice him panicking and dissociating. “Shit. God, why can’t you respect people’s privacy. I knew 1-A was known for being noses but jeez you really take the cake.”

Quickly guiding Midoriya out of the library, Shinsou left Midoriya’s four closest friends crouched by the bookshelf to their thoughts and guilt.

Tsuyu finally broke the silence with an uncalled for statement that was what everyone was thinking, “Fuck.”

"Is it... blueberry?" Hitoshi muttered, confused with his his half-lidded eyes.

You had bought some flavored chapsticks you pressured him to play the game you had seen in a video with you … to guess the flavour of the balm.

"Wait, mh... cherry? Am I anywhere close?"

"No silly" you chuckled as you applied more chapstick.

"C'mon guess again!"

Hitoshi's lips curled into a small smile at your chuckling, though he still looked deep in thought as he moved a bit closer to you.

"Hmm... I guess I will keep trying until I get it right," he then said, trying to look annoyed yet there was nothing but playfulness in his voice. "Okay then, let's see... mango?"

"Really mango?" Your eyebrow lifted

"I'll give you a hint it's flavored fruit it’s common!"

Hitoshi chuckled quietly as your eyebrow lifted, his indigo eyebrows raising momentarily at the hint. He leaned in even closer to your lips, his eyes now wide open as he studied your lips in intense thinking, as if studying a piece of art.

"Hmm..." He stayed quiet and still for a moment... before finally speaking again.

Hitoshi pulled back slowly, looking at you with a slightly annoyed expression, a small pout now on his face.

Hitoshi groaned at your words. He gritted his teeth as he leaned back and away from you slightly, knowing that you'll hold this over his head later if he really did admit defeat. But he was too stubborn to give up just like that.

"No, I'm not giving up that easily," he said as he narrowed his eyes at you.

"I will get that flavour, damnit."

"If you say so!" You applied your chapstick one more time. Hitoshi's eyes instantly locked on to your lips when you applied the balm again, a determined look on his face.

He leaned forward slightly, his hand coming up to gently hold your chin so he could keep your face still.

"Okay... last try." He muttered lowly as he looked intently at your lips, a flicker of curiosity in his eyes.

"Just give me a second to concentrate."

Hitoshi noticed the hitch in your breath and it only fueled him even more. He leaned in again, his finger gently tilting your chin upwards to angle your face before his lips met yours once more. He held the kiss for a few extra seconds, taking his time to taste the lip balm on your lips.

He was clearly trying to memorize the taste and even tried to think back to other times he's tasted it to compare the flavour.

After a few more moments, Hitoshi finally pulled back, keeping his eyes firmly locked on your lips as he tried to get a sense of the flavour. He was silent for a moment, deep in thought before finally speaking up again.

"Damn it, I can't figure it out. It's driving me crazy." He mumbled as his eyes flicked up to yours, a small pout on his lips.

"Just lemme taste it once more."

"It's not free kisses!. it's to guess!" You pounted

Hitoshi let out a deep sigh, knowing that he wouldn't get one more taste unless he got the taste correct.

"Damn it..." He mumbled as he pouted back at you, his eyes narrowing.

"Okay.. one more guess and I swear l'l get it this time."

Hitoshi leaned in again, his hand still on your chin to keep your face still as he once again captured your lips in a kiss.

He tried to focus all his attention on the taste, letting his tongue slide along your lips in an attempt to get a better taste of the lip balm.

His eyes were closed and his mind was working overtime as he tried to guess once again. He could feel his frustration growing by the second, but he knew he couldn't give up now, not after all this time.

After what felt like an eternity, Hitoshi finally pulled back from the kiss, his hand letting go of your chin slowly. He looked up at you with a defeated look in his eyes, silently admitting that he had failed again.

"Damn it... I really am not gonna get it, am I?" He asked, a slight irritation in his voice though it was obvious he was more upset with himself for not being able to guess correctly.

Hitoshi's irritation faded away as soon as he saw the look on your face. He couldn't help but lean closer to you once more, his eyes flickering down to your lips as the desire in him grew.

"I can't believe I'm letting some stupid lip balm stop me," he mumbled, his voice low and hoarse as he brought a hand up to cup your cheek.

"I don't care what the damn flavour is anymore. I just want to taste your lips again..."

Despite his earlier frustration, Hitoshi's mind was now completely focused on you. His touch was gentle as he pulled you closer, his other hand coming up to rest on your hip.

He stared into your eyes for a moment, his own eyes darkened with desire as he leaned in again. This time, his lips were more urgent and needy, capturing your lips in a passionate kiss.

"S-shin" you let out softly as you felt him let go a strand of silava connected yours and his young as you panted from the action

Hitoshi's head was spinning from the intensity of the kiss, his mind consumed by you and your touch. His breath was ragged as he slowly pulled back, breaking the string of saliva between you two.

He took a moment to catch his breath, his eyes half-lidded as he looked at you with a mix of desire and need.

"God... I can't get enough of you," he said hoarsely, his voice strained as his grip on you tightened.

Hitoshi let out a deep sigh, shaking his head in disbelief. He had been so focused on trying to figure out the taste of the lip balm that he couldn't even tell it was something as simple as watermelon.

"I can't believe it was that simple the entire time..." He mumbled, a hint of amusement in his voice.

"I was so convinced it was something other than that. I even thought it was mango at one point."

"Yeah I don't know how you got mango"

Hitoshi chuckled at your words, a sheepish smile appearing on his face.

"I dunno either. I was just really desperate to guess the right flavour. I guess my brain went overboard trying to figure it out."

He moved a little closer to you, his eyes still fixed on your lips.

"But it was a good excuse to keep tasting your lips."

Your lips quivered wanting more of him as you trebled by his words. A bright blush appeared in your face. Hitoshi's eyes darkened as he noticed the effect his words had on you. Seeing you grow flushed and trembled because of him only fueled his desire even more.

He leaned in closer, his hand gently caressing your cheek as he whispered in a low and husky voice. "You know I could taste your lips all day and all night long."

**{{user}} is Hitoshi's sister, she was in the support course while Hitoshi had just entered the hero course, joining class 1-A, replacing the weird pervy grape kid. She had her black bulky headphones on like usual and was listening to music idly in her brother's new dorm room, living in her own little bubble. She decided to visit that day, not really caring for her own room, until her brother had left to do something she didn't remember. He said she was welcome to stay a bit longer, so she did. At some point, she had gotten hungry so she went downstairs to make some food, specifically, ramen. She eventually, as she was making the noodles, began swaying to the song. The thing she couldn't remember her brother had left to do was him and the rest of the 1A boys having a sleepover in the common room. At some point in their conversation they had noticed her presence.*

*Some of the boys didn't let their attention stay on her, while others shamelessly stared, such as Kaminari, Sero, Todoroki (though he probably didn't even realize he was staring) and some that stared a little more shamefully, such as Midoriya, Kirishima and Iida. Bakugo, Tokoyami and Shoji were the few boys who were completely distracted, not paying attention to her as they all individually wondered how the **hell** they were wrapped into this "sleepover night".*

Kaminari: "Who's *that*?"

He asked, a light blush on his ears.

It would be interesting to hear everyone's favorite MHA characters in order and why they like them, it would help me with my tier list 🤔 the feedback would seriously make my numbers change...

My rants on each character are below, but please, give me feedback on my decisions and your own! It might make me view the characters differently...

Hawks; Keigo, in reality is a strong individual and I admire him for it. He's confident, and careful- Confidence is something I lack and I find the people who do have the ability to stand up for themselves, make an amazing impression right off the bat and be strong against their opinions are truly amazing. I guess what I see in him is someone I wish I could live to be like..? He fought through so much, from his abuse, to the HPSC, and battle trauma, then he learnt not to look back too far and continue his path with purpose. He also prioritizes peoples safety, over hurting them, even though he did end up killing Twice... But before Twice's death, he kept him out of the line of LITERAL fire!

Kirishima; Eijiro is the best wingman I've seen in MHA 🤝 he stands with loyalty beside his friends and always tries to find the good side in people, like with villains and Bakugou! (Even though for most villains, it doesn't really work out..) He sets his mind to things and won't give up on it till accomplished- and in his own words, that's pretty manly! He is strong for the sake of the people he cares for, and even strangers... People know they can trust him because of his pure courage that will keep them safe.

Kaminari; The best friend anyone could ask for 🤚 give it up for my man Denks!! This guy will fight up front for his friends, needed it not, he stands on BUSINESS (even though he may fail at defending you) he deeply cares for those that gain his trust and reciprocate it... Even if it's just a little, that little will end up growing because the guy will keep persevering for the sake of literal LOVE! 😭 He's a good guy to bond with, he, by what we view in the show, is very flexible when it comes to interests... He is friends with EVERYONE! 1-A and some of 1-B... (Even if some *cough* Bakugou *cough* don't want to admit it)

Shinsou; Hitoshi is... So dear to my heart. He was told he couldn't do something. He was told it would be better if he went on to follow a different path. And yet, he decided he would show those people wrong, that he could be someone amazing. He's a determined individual and refuses to give up, waiting patiently for his opportunities and seizing them once they are there. The strength he needed to succeed, he waited till he had it, and then gave it his all once he did. I strongly believe, Aizawa saw his potential and knew that he could lead a secure, promising hero life.

Dabi; Touya was someone I thought really hard about with my placing, I would have him higher if it wasn't for his drive being made up of pure resentment and revenge... But to be honest, he cares for his friends, literally attempting murder for them- (*cough* Twice *cough* Hawks *cough*) in fact, the only time we've seen him somewhat "cry" was for his friends. Ultimately I do relate to him, friends are more important than family to me, but when you deeply think about it, those friends are more like family than anything. When shown affection, he is cold and untrusting, but that's just the careful observing side of him, waiting for the proper information to actually have some interest in someone. I for one, WISH I was that organized and cautious. 🙌

MEETING HITOSHI SHINSOU:

the first time you met, he was probably scowling at the sports festival, muttering about the unfairness of it all. you, being the kind soul you are, probably tried to strike up a conversation, offering some words of encouragement. he’d be immediately wary, wondering if you were pitying him.

he’s naturally drawn to you if you're quiet, but for a different reason than most. he wonders if you're also observing everyone, analyzing like he does.

if you're loud and outgoing, he's immediately suspicious. he figures you're either naive or putting on an act. it takes a while to break down his defenses.

he’d be lowkey impressed if you knew about his quirk, but not scared of it. like, you understand the implications of it but aren’t like “OMG DON’T USE IT ON ME.”

he might use his quirk on you, just to test you. just a quick "hello," to see how you react. if you're quick-witted, or maybe even a little rude back, he's intrigued.

constant awkwardness; he's not used to people genuinely wanting to be around him who aren't trying to use him, so he’s constantly on guard.

SHINSOU CRUSHING ON YOU:

he tries to deny it at first. like, hard. he tells himself you’re just another person, that you’re probably faking your kindness, things like that.

he starts paying attention to the little things. the way you laugh, what you're passionate about, how you treat others. the more he observes, the harder he falls.

he catches himself thinking about you when he should be training. This reallyfrustrates him.

he starts hanging around you more, still trying to play it cool. he’ll offer you training tips, or maybe just sit nearby while you study, pretending to read.

if someone is being rude or condescending to you, he might step in, using his quirk to shut them down with a well-placed "shut up." he acts like it's no big deal, but he was totally defending you.

he starts having trouble making eye contact. he’s so used to giving people a piercing stare to activate his quirk, but when it’s you, he gets flustered and looks away.

he would try to leave you alone if he thinks that you think he is weird, but secretly his heart breaks whenever you do not talk to him.

DATING HITOSHI SHINSOU:

he's super awkward at first. Like, painfully so. except stilted conversations and nervous fidgeting.

he loves it when you play with his hair. it’s one of the few things that can get him to truly relax.

movie nights are spent with him analyzing the plot twists and character motivations, always trying to figure things out.

he likes quiet dates. walks in the park, studying together in the library, or just sitting in comfortable silence while you both read.

he needs reassurance. he’s so used to people doubting him, so he needs to hear that you believe in him and that you care.

cuddling? yes, please! he's a big softie deep down and loves the feeling of being close to you. he’s the little spoon most of the time, and he’s not afraid to admit it.

he’s fiercely protective of you. if anyone tries to hurt you, physically or emotionally, they'll have to deal with him.

don’t expect grand romantic gestures. his love language is acts of service and quality time. he’ll show he cares by helping you with your homework, making you coffee, or just being there when you need someone to listen.

he is a good listener; he will give you advice and he will give you comfort when you need it.

he isn’t very good at communication, so you’ll need to be patient with him. it might take a while for him to open up, but once he does, you’ll have his whole heart.

he would love to take naps with you. he would feel safe with you, safe from any kind of trouble.

he is very insecure about his quirk, so if you ever have any nightmares or if you are afraid of him, it might be the end of the relationship. he doesn’t want to hurt you, ever. he just wants to be loved.

his love language is physical touch. he loves to hold your hand, hug you, and just be close to you. especially when he is insecure about his quirk.

he secretly loves it when you wear his clothes. huge sweaters? yes!

He would ask aizawa for help because he is pretty much his dad at this point.

he absolutely hates PDA, but he would totally hold your hand or put his arm around you in public, just to let everyone know that you're his.

overall, dating hitoshi is a slow burn, but it's worth it. he's loyal, intelligent, and has a heart of gold hidden beneath his grumpy exterior. he will protect you at all costs and love you fiercely once he lets you in, and he’s a surprisingly good boyfriend.
