cant be bothered exercising? try dancing instead. this could be learning a new dance , a Kpop choreography , literally anything!
put screen-time on your phone/devices. maybe start off with 10pm - 7am being the time that you shouldn't be on any devices, and then gradually increase it. it will help you be more productive and sleep better.
if you have a sweet tooth like me but are still trying to be healthy , try starting off the day with something sweet! fruits and oats , honey and porridge , french toast , pancakes , etc.
try cooking/baking/making something new each week. i allocate a Sunday each week to looking through a recipe book , walking down to a grocery store , coming back and baking something! cooking is a very helpful skill.
double cleanse your face every morning and night. even if you don't wear makeup , it helps get rid of any excess dirt and leaves your face fresh and clean!
when using skincare (more specifically moisturiser), never rub the product into your skin in a downward motion! it can drag your face down over time. try an upward or circular motion instead.
keep your house tidy , especially your room / workspace. tidy space = tidy mind.

Accepting my sleep schedule. I'm a night owl; I focus at night, I'm calm at night, I'm motivated at night. For a long time, I tried to fight this since everyone always preaches getting up early, but since I started accepting my natural sleep schedule, I've been feeling a lot better and have become way more productive.
"drink more water". TEA. Tea is the secret here. I will be honest, I hate drinking water; it doesn't matter if I have a cute water bottle or a cute glass, I still hate it. TEA.
Replying quickly. I used to be one of those people who get a text message and think, "Oh, I'll reply to that later", and then just forget about it entirely. Now, I text back as soon as I see the message. This has not only improved my texting anxiety (which I cause on my own by now replying and then feeling bad) but also deepened my connection to my friends. <3
Keeping my circle small and being okay with that. Over the past months, I've had this sudden urge to expand my social circle and get to know more and more people, especially after I moved in August. However, this quickly ended in what I like to call my "social burnout". I was tired, annoyed, and overwhelmed. It took a few weeks for it to settle, but I've come to the conclusion that I would much rather have a smaller circle of people who I trust and love deeply than a huge group of friends, and that's totally okay.
Wearing what I like. Even though I live in a big city, I'd still say that my style can sometimes be a bit more extravagant than what most people wear, another point is that I'm very uncomfortable with pants so I only wear skirts, which is also considered a bit odd where I live. But over the past years, I've come to accept that and have become so sure of myself and found such comfort in my style that I now just wear whatever I like, and it makes every day a little bit nicer.
Reading and writing for pleasure. Reading books outside of my studies and spending time researching topics that simply interest me is such a great way to calm your mind. Same for writing, I always like to say that to write is to think; putting your thoughts on paper in cohesive and well-crafted sentences that you can then reread and think over again is such a liberating thing to do.
Reaching out more. fuck the whole "double texting" and "no contact" thing. If you want to speak to someone because they mean something to you, then just do it. Unless they specifically asked for space, you shouldn't feel bad about wanting to be in touch with them. Many even really appreciate it when you show that you truly care. Let's stop the nonchalant act, and instead, let's face deep emotions and true vulnerability. <3

Constantemente falamos de ter constância e foco, e isso gera automaticamente uma mentalidade que constância é algo em linha reta e que nunca terá altos e baixos, e na verdade não é bem assim!! Constância é não deixar de fazer, é não desistir e fazer algo, nem que seja o mínimo, o importante é fazer, saber respeitar seus limites é o que nos faz ser constantes nas áreas das nossas vidas!
Como afinar a cintura
1- Faça exercícios para o core
uma coisa muito muito normal que eu vejo é gente que faz exercício para abdômen lateral achando que vai diminuir a cintura, NÃO VAI!! esses exercícios são para desenvolver o tanquinho, logo vai te deixar com a cintura mais larga. Saiba os exercícios que você faz!!
prancha invertida (30s)
bird dog (10x)
prancha com marcha alterada
prancha invertida com levantamento de quadril (15x)
abdominal elbow to knee (15x 4)

2- Faça vacuum abdominal
o vacuum reduz MUITO a barriga e a cintura, pra fazer vc só tem que expirar e puxar a barriga pra dentro e segurar, faça por quanto tempo vc conseguir segurar o ar, e repita por no mínimo 2min
3- Faça massagens redutoras!
eu disse isso no meu último blog mas vale reforçar, as massagens ajudam demais! fazendo elas enquanto faz vacuum da um grande resultado também
4- use cintas
se vc não tiver cintas você pode fazer uma caseira usando fita crepe/papel filme, basta recolher a barriga pra dentro e segurar enquanto enrola a fita/ papel filme em volta da cintura e barriga. Também pode comprar shorts de academia em tamanhos menores (tipo vc usa M use um P) que vai servir como um tipo de cinta também.
5- treine superiores!
um meio de fazer sua cintura parecer maior é deixando sua dorçal e ombros mais largos.
Não tenha medo de treinar superiores! vejo muitas garotas falando que não gostam pq ficam menos femininas, mas é só não pegar muito peso!
6- Chás redutores
um que eu tomo que funciona muito bem é de limão com louro, basta espremer 2 limões e colocar 2 folhas do louro na água e deixar esquentar, beba antes de dormir e no outro dia você já vai estar com a barriga e cintura menores .
7- consistência
não deixe de fazer tudo isso dos outros tópicos, sua cintura não vai diminuir 10cm da noite pro dia, tenha paciência, dedicação e consistência! nada vem de graça e nada vem rápido!

my biggest one
Não importa muito quantos kg você já perdeu, se você manter velhos hábitos alimentares em algum momento esse peso vai voltar pra você, é apenas questão de tempo. Por isso você precisa ir ao extremo, corte definitivamente tudo que te faz ficar imensa, não tem essa de só uma vez, você vai continuar engordando eu estou tentanto parar definitivamente com esses hábitos, por mais difícil que seja, já que tenho muita compulsão alimentar, e onde desconto a minha tristeza e consequentemente desconto no meu corpo. Acho que o que ajuda a piorar a compulsão é a tristeza, tenho por mim que sou uma pessoa muito triste, então para aliviar essa tristeza acabo fazendo algo que vai me trazer muito mais tristeza, é como um ciclo vicioso. Mas para quem quer ser MAGRA o céu é o limite, então vamos fazer tudo, absolutamente tudo para ficarmos magras.
