Get out of that victim mindset. Just get out. I understand that things which have happened to us in past are hard to forget or forgive but how long? How long are you going to let it pass because you think that it's not worth it?

You come in Tumblr see people telling you how you can manifest anything because they have manifested themselves a happy life. So why are you doubting yourself?

If you don't like something then don't resist it, change the situation.

You don't like your school? Alright change your school or transfer to your ideal school. You don't like to go to tuition? Alright it won't happen. If you don't allow something then it will not happen no matter what.

You don't like your circumstances? Then change it. What are you waiting for? Be a conscious creator you know you create reality so just don't stop with your desired body or face. You deserve to live happily so change whatever you don't like. Don't stress over anything like just don't. You should not get stressed out continuously when u r the creator.

If You Don't Like Something Then Don't Resist It, Change The Situation.

Never settle for less like never. You are the creator. You should never compromise.

Guess who is in the control of there life? Yes, you it's u. Stop thinking that you can't do whatever the fuck u want. You wanna get into a med school but your grades suck? But bro you already have straight A's. Don't think that you are not knowledgeable for being a doctor. You are literally so smart. You wanna date a celebrity who lives in different country? They are already in love with you. So what are you afraid of?

Guess Who Is In The Control Of There Life? Yes, You It's U. Stop Thinking That You Can't Do Whatever

You have the power to create your dream life. ONLY YOU HAVE THE POWER, NO ONE ELSE CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

Reminder: You don't have to visualise or do any particular technique to manifest anything. The moment you desire of it you already have it then. The more you will think that you need to do something for it to visualise or affirm or anything you are literally complexing the process.

Manifestation has only one rule and that is "your assumption will never fail you "

Earlier I was feeling anxious while out in public and I silently asked myself “who is anxious?” and I realized no one was there to be anxious, and I felt calm. The rest of the time while I was out, the person blended into the background, it was just part of the scenery. Emotions may arise, but they are happening to no one. Events may arise, but they are happening to no one.

Reclaiming the Quiet Brain: Navigating the Impact of New Technologies on Mental Clarity.

Impact of New Technologies:

New technologies can disrupt our lives in unexpected ways. For instance, personal and mobile computing increased busyness but didn't necessarily boost productivity, highlighting the difference between focused, productive deep work and less impactful shallow work.

The Quiet Brain State:

The "quiet brain" state, where one is alone with their thoughts, is crucial for mental clarity and self-understanding. Historically, humans spent a lot of time in this state, fostering calmness and deeper understanding.

Loss of the Quiet Brain:

Constant phone use disrupts this quiet brain state, preventing moments of introspection and leading to unease.

Ways to Reclaim the Quiet Brain:

1. Make Your Phone Boring: Remove engaging apps to turn your phone into a simple tool.

2. Phone Foyer Method: Keep your phone in one spot at home to break the habit of constant checking.

3. Avoid Reading on Your Phone: Use other devices like a Kindle for reading.

4. Practice Boredom: Spend time without digital distractions to allow for deep thought.

Benefits of the Quiet Brain:

Reclaiming this state enhances mental clarity, personal understanding, and intellectual engagement, leading to a richer life experience.

These changes can improve your mental well-being and sense of self over time, transforming your life from constant distraction to deeper awareness and fulfillment.

So therefore, if you understand perfectly clearly that you can’t do anything to find that very, very important thing—God, Enlightenment, Nirvāṇa, whatever—then what? Well, I find—you know—it’s so stupid, because even if I tell myself, “Well, there’s nothing I can do about it.” Why did I say that? You see? why did I say that? Why did I go out of my way to tell myself there’s nothing I can do about it? Because in the back of my mind there’s a funny little feeling that if I did tell myself that, something different would happen. See?

Alright, so even that doesn’t work. Nothing works. Now, when absolutely nothing works, where are you? Well, here we are—I mean, there’s a feeling of something going on. The world doesn’t stop dead when there’s nothing you can do. There’s something happening. Now, just there: that’s what I’m talking about. There’s the happening. When you are not doing anything about it, you’re not not doing anything about it; you just can’t help it, it goes on despite anything you think or worry about, or whatever. Now there is the point. Right there.

"Imagine the idea that the moment you were born you were kicked off the edge of a precipice, and you are falling. As you fell, a great lump of rock came with you, and it’s traveling alongside you. And you’re clinging to it for dear life! And thinking, ‘Gee, I’ve gotta hold onto this.’ You see? Well, it doesn’t do a thing for you. And it’s only making you anxious, and as soon as you understand that it doesn’t do a thing for you that you let go and relax. So, everybody’s in this situation. We’re all completely insecure! We’re all headed straight for death, as if we had been condemned by a judge. And yet here we are all clinging onto things. And we have all sorts of alibis for doing this. We say, ‘Well, I have responsibilities for my dependents, and I’ve got to cling on.’ But all you’re doing is you’re teaching your dependents to cling the same way as you are and making them miserable by learning to go on surviving compulsively.

So the thing is, the same way you’re caught in a torrent, and you try to get out of it by swimming against it, you’ll just wear yourself out, and you’re still carried along with it. So the sensible thing to do is to turn around and swim with it! And if you want to get out of it, swim towards the edge. But go with it! Same way when you’re sailing. Always keep the wind in your sails. If you want to go against the wind: tack! But use the wind. So it’s this way, you know, we’re all in this great stream of change which we call life, we ARE the stream! If you imagine you're separate from it, and you're being carried along by IT as if you were a cork, that's a delusion. You're a wave of the stream itself, so get with IT!”

Today, I found myself heading to a Buddhist temple for an addiction recovery meeting and meditation session. Initially, I was overwhelmed with anxiety, my mind racing with all the ways things could go wrong. Why? Because the mind, though a powerful tool, is just that—a tool. It should be used only when needed; otherwise, it will create problems simply to justify its own activity, becoming an addiction in itself.

As I made my way there, I became aware of the vibrations of the music resonating in my ears, the wind brushing against my face, the comfort of my seat—each moment was rich with joy. Yet, we so rarely tap into the immediate joy available to us in the present.

"Let me tell you something about nature. Nature never allows you to fall on your face if you take risks - never. It goes like this;

if you laugh you risk appearing to be a fool.

If you weep, you risk appearing to be sentimental.

If you reach out for another, you risk rejection.

If you love, you risk not being loved in return.

If you place your dreams in front of the crowd - as we do - you risk ridicule.

If you go forward in the face of overwhelming odds, you risk failure but risk must be taken for the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing.

The person who risks nothing, has nothing, does nothing, is nothing. That person may avoid suffering, pain and embarrassment but that individual will not learn, grow, feel, love or change. Only the person who takes risks is truly free."

Melebur di Antara Dua Dunia

Melebur Di Antara Dua Dunia

Be sincere, man. Where is it unreachable? Where?

If you love that destination, no place is unreachable. Because love— love is the fuel that takes us to distant lands we dream of, but have no map for.

Love, only love, man. Nothing else. Nothing much.

The power of being a HUMAN

Hello my friends 🙏☺️❤️

Sometimes the world seems deeply unfair. People often focus on punishment, guilt, and justice, not realizing they cause even more misery. In psychology, there's a famous triangle: attacker-victim-and the savior. People who save might become the victim of the victim and the attacker of the attacker.

We all are mobile, shifting between these roles throughout our lives.Between black and white, we have all the colors of the rainbow. We're all complicated beings, having both light and shadows of our own. We move along various scales in life - between being a victim, savior, or aggressor; between shadow and light; between justice and compassion; between self-acceptance and self-hate.The solution is being compassionate, firstly inwards to yourself. You might feel anger, jealousy, fear and disgust - congratulations, YOU ARE A HUMAN.

It's so hard to accept the pain that our reality and world is full of... And the temptation to divide into right and wrong, those who should suffer and those who shouldn't... But the truth is that no one should be punished or suffer. As the beautiful African proverb says: "The child who is not embraced by the village will burn it down to feel its warmth". 🔥

No child, no animal, no group, no patient, no member, no friend should be left alone... The healing of the individual is the healing of society. The healing of a nation is the healing of the world.

It's true, this path isn't easy. It's unknown. But from 300,000 years of human existence, if we choose to believe the theory of science - for more than 99% of humankind's life span we lived in harmony with life and nature. Only in the last 1% of time have we developed so much that we forgot our roots... But the roots of harmony and compassion are always there, therefore we can remember them whenever we're ready to look beyond the known.

Let's explore new paths of life, as individuals full of mutual solidarity - and as groups and humankind. We all are one, this life is short, let's make it the best lives possible for as many people as possible.

Thank you for reading ❤️❤️

sometimes its just (seeing the moon in the daytime) (long car rides) (waking up slowly and naturally) (the smell of charity shops) (tea at just the right temperature) (lava lamps in the dark) (the smell of incense that lingers for days) (finishing a good book) (muffled voices when your head is underwater) (hearing your favourite song on the radio) (warm baked goods just out the oven) (looking at someone you know doing something mundane and being overwhelmed by how much you love them) (a cat laying on your chest) (the sound of wood burning) yknow
