This is another one of the characters that I made over the Spring semester at school. Funny how I’m posting this character during Pride Month His name is Harley Barr, but his drag queen name is Bunny Shademoore. He’s a poledancer at a gay club as a means of making money at least until his band gets off the ground. Got street smarts and confidence to mask his vagueness and jumpy nerves towards most people. He grew up relatively well-off in New York City and was fascinated by the drag scene there. It made him feel confident when his interests and androgynous appearance got him bullied at school. Despite his rather sexual occupation, he is asexual. However, being 1976, it wouldn’t be common at the time and so most would assume he’s gay. As a butch4butch lesbian, Rio Romeo releasing Butch4Butch brought back my faith in humanity and revived my search for a quirky little butch partner who I can go on silly little adventures with

First off, I dress like an ai rendering of a twink and a butch lesbian mashed together, bound with non-binaryness, BC I AM.

And I’m not your starter gay, your token gay, your “cool” gay, I’m just fucking gay.

I’m a lesbian, the big homo, shirtless men make me sad, I frequently yearn over women, I describe my gender as lesbian or just N/A.

Just because YOU🫵, a clueless cishet, couldn’t clock me despite the mullet, baggy clothes and excessive amount of necklaces, (I don’t mean to stereotype but I dress every morning with the intent of letting the world know men aren’t for me) doesn’t mean I’m a palpable gay.

I used a reference image of Magik from the 'A New Sun Must Rise' trailer as the animation style is a bit similar to the series.

Anyway, for the first time I've done something like this, I think I did it well.

This character is a part of a character design challenge that I got the idea for from an episode of Drawfee (love drawfee sm eheheehe) where they generated a description for a character using THIS WEBSITE and they each made a character based off the same description. What I'm doing here is completely ignoring the usage of a single description, and instead I used 3 different descriptions to each make a different character with

Here is the description I used for this character, I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted to do as I was reading it, right up until the "long unkempt mutton chops". Those really through me for a loop. I omitted quite a few details, some on purpose and some by accident (I straight up did not see the 5'5" height, I just read "tall" and rolled with it) Here are some little facts and details about them:

They (and their species) currently don't have a name, and I want you all to help with that :D preferably something ethereal sounding or space related

They are androgynous and use they/them pronouns

They have a bit of an ego due to rising up the ranks so fast

They are 100% not the main character, no matter how much they think they are

They are 8'6" tall

Their species speaks in the voices of all their past ancestors, making them sound sometimes male and sometimes female

The crescent symbol thing in the background is the mark that they have across their back, I just didn't wanna do a turnaround

The color of their eyes represents their rank in society (Lowest rank = red, highest rank = purple

The color of their flames represent how close they are to reaching the next rank

Their spear is a placeholder because I didn't want to do complicated weapon design in a character design challenge

The flames on the sides of their face were meant to be the "long unkempt mutton chops"

I forgot to include the pointed nose so I thought that maybe they have a helmet to go with the rest of their armor that has a pointed nose

They have zygodactyl feet, which goes weirdly well with the pointed nose idea. I did not mean to make this character as bird-coded as I did but I'm not unhappy with it

guys i need help with choosing new glasses frames (and maybe new haircut cause the last time scissors had touched my hair was 5 months ago)

for glasses i was thinking about thin rectanles/ovals maybe? i had thin frame cat eye (but they're too feminine looking, i wanna look even more androgynous/masculine) and wire rectanles from AliExpress (they were too big for my face)

Using my it/its pronouns irl is basically just a marriage proposal tbh
