His bio isn't ready yet but let's just say his hair is made of juice, he's 100 years old, and he's drunk.

Here he is I gave him a belt and more details around the cape and since you said he was always drunk I made him more relaxed looking

Depends on the complexity of the request, if someone just wants a quick sketch or simply a character (from a fandom) then feel free to send it to me through an ask but if you want something more complex or even your own OCs then I'd prefer through my DMs so we can discuss it further!! :3c
