Curate, connect, and discover
He had the kind of beauty that could only be found in those broken greek statues.
The kind where they're always reaching for something yet they are tragically frozen in place, unable to move, unable to reach that goal they dream of. Yet to everyone else they look beautiful, almost angelic.
It's tragic thats someones pain, someones curse is considered art to most. The romanticized suffering of those trapped forever.
The hero or villain debate has always been fascinating to me because personally, I would rather love the hero. Not because of their personality or anything but because if it came down to it, and the hero would be forced to choose between me or the world, I would rather they choose the world.
Because that's the world-that is billions of people with lives separate from your own that will suffer because of that decision. Your teachers, your classmates, your animals, a grandma that finally beat cancer, a child who was finally born.
"A hero would sacrifice you to save the world-" I'm gonna stop you right there because that's all I need to hear.
While I do see the appeal in picking the villain, I think I'd rather be loved by someone kind enough to put others first before themselves, and if sacrificing me is the way to do it, I'd have lived and died happy.
Either that or I'm reading too much into a fantasy plot and giving my two cents on a topic no one really cares about.
Okay so, hi! Sorry for not posting on here in a while, just been caught up with things (Including my birthday) but hopefully things should get back on track.
So, hope things have gone well for y'all. I'm gonna try to get some progress on some projects (Like the NES Godzilla retake) well, before I slumber for the night. Thats about it, hope y'all have a good night, and make sure to make something cool.

I'm sorry to say this but I just have to say it since it been bothering me after watching and reading the manga Kny again.
I don't really like Obanai Iguro but I don't hate him. I did like his interaction with Mitsuri but I just don't like him at all.
It is mostly because of how arrogant he is. I get that he has a tragic past but so did anyone else in the KNY world. So that doesn't excuse his attitude.
I didn't like his arrogance when he was trash-talking Uzui Tengen right after killing an upper moon, yet he didn't even slice any head of the upper moon at all throughout the series which is ironic and comical.
Talk about high and mighty but anyway, I also didn't like how he treated my precious Tanjiro.
That's all
i found a little dead millipede today, it was so cute i picked it up and shaped its little body into a heart but then i felt so bad because what if someone finds my little corpse and decides to bend it into cute little shapes
uhm im sorry mr millipede
The microsmic human will to live is naught but a mortal arrogation of those who have not thought of the cursed blessing of immortality's consequence. The sheer maganimity of death for saving us from being fooled into the most desperate of arogance-induced delusion of seeing ourselves as newly divine as we live like pigs, and from the horror in the faces of children and mankind alike as we discover that the deluded fantasies of impossibly fictional things such as 'justice' and 'the love of god' are false and the mortal realm descends into chaos. UwU :3
Credit to Jurassic Park as a fictional work, they at least added the DNA from an unrelated species to the existing DNA, regardless of how unrelated it was.
I mean, it's stupid to use frog DNA but at least they STARTED with the original creature.
I've thought since the late 2010s, start with what you have, see how it can be combined to create the most complete sample and extrapolate the rest to try and create a decent approximation of enough genetic data to grow the sex cells.
People who have a better grasp of biology could certainly improve on this rough idea, I don't know how to create the conditions to grow the egg and I'm not convinced doing so in a live surrogate as with cloning is entirely possible for a long-extinct mammal.
To anyone who follows me, I don't care about nor trust Colossal Biosciences anymore (The people behind the "Wooly Mice"). They have proven themselves to be headline-chasing grifters after this latest stunt. They are claiming to have de-extincted *Aenocyon dirus*, aka the Dire Wolf, by editing just 20 genes from the the DNA of a Grey Wolf (*Canis lupus*) to make this thing:
If it wasn't clear from their scientific names, Grey Wolves and Dire Wolves aren't remotely related to one another aside from being Canids, despite what pop culture like Game of Thrones would have you believe. If they did look like each other, it would have had to be via convergent evolution, as they only shared a common ancestor over 5 million years ago.
This distinction, however, isn't found in the publicized articles about this so-called resurrected Dire Wolf and makes their claim that they brought the Dire Wolf back by simply editing *20* genes from the genome of a Grey Wolf laughable. A Dire Wolf would have shared more in common genetically with a Maned Wolf (*Chrysocyon brachyurus*) or Bush Dog (*Speothos venaticus*) than it would with a Grey Wolf.
Bottom line, don't fall for whatever this company is trying to tell you. If the Dire Wolf were to be brought back, it wouldn't be via something like this, and certainly wouldn't *look* like this. If you want an idea as to how a real Dire Wolf would look like in life, here is some fantastic paleoart by artist Mauricio AntΓ³n:
Addendum: I seem to have partially miscalculated Dire Wolf genetics. They were not closer to Maned Wolves or Bush Dogs, but they were still not closely related to Grey Wolves. They were basal members of Canini, related to canids like Jackals (genus Lupulella) but distinct from them. I am sorry for this misinformation in my attempt to correct other misinformation. My main point, however, is still correct.
