Quick Rant, Cw For Slight Nsfw But Nothing Graphic Or Overly Explicit, Just Mentions Of Nsfw Stuff. But

quick rant, cw for slight nsfw but nothing graphic or overly explicit, just mentions of nsfw stuff. but WHY THE FUCK do I keep getting people saying that they have "species dysphoria" over not getting to be a dragon or some other animal or creature, and not only that, but then EQUATE IT TO ME FEELING GENDER DYSPHORIA??? AND SOMEHOW IMPLYING WE'RE EQUALS???

Hell naw. Your ass did not cry yourself to sleep every night at 13 because you didn't have a tail, or because you had skin instead of scales. You didn't spend your entire adolescence suicidal because you have human genitals that match your agab instead of whatever fantasy cock you want to have.

I know this will come across as incredible rude, and people will feel invalidated. I'm not saying you're a bad person for wanting to be another species, or being a furry, or anything of the sorts... but don't equate it to gender dysphoria, and don't try to imply that we're equal in terms of dysphoria or feeling that your body doesn't match.

also on an ending note: why is wanting to be a dragon or a wolf or whatever with a cock the length of your torso considered "dysphoria" or something that actually causes you to suffer, but I get reprimanded for wishing I was just a cis straight dude and could fuck a girl every now and then. Like somehow I'm the bad guy for wanting that but people can say they wish they were a werewolf with a 20" inch and claim they feel the same dysphoria as I do over that.

I remember my testosterone information thingy said "may cause you to be angry or more irratable, as well as mood swings" bitch you mean puberty? You mean experiencing human emotions??? Wtf

the idea that testosterone is a dangerous hormone that inherently makes someone domineering and difficult to be around is transphobic all round, leaning on bioessentialism.

for trans men and transmascs, we are warned against medical transition for fear that we may lose our agreeableness and perceived passivity. we are seen as potential aggressors after going on it.

trans woman and transfems have any testosterone in their system, whether on hrt or not, held over them like an original sin that can not be escaped that positions them as more aggressive and dangerous. it is seen as something that threatens their womanhood and can be brought up against them at any time to revoke it.

testosterone is not an evil hormone. it does not change your moral character. it does good for some and bad for others, like any other hormone.

So I was supposed to put up with someone constantly joking about my sexual assault and abusive family because "they have BPD, they can't help it! :((( " but I dare say anything, to anyone, that's considered mean in the slightest and it's all "you shouldn't bully others!" "always be the bigger person" and "you should be a good example" but then also told that people with mental health disorders can't/don't have to change, which of course applies to everybody but me, because I simply have to learn to "accept life" and "sometimes you gotta go off your own path a little". No. Fuck off. If people can say anything and whatever because their mental illness makes them do so, so I can I. Oh and also people still holy believe that male and female socialization is something that got invented in the past 20 years with the sole purpose of misgendering trans women. Please get outta here.

Big part of this is the fact parents often can't let go of their parental role even after they've been an adult for several years. Like tf you mean your 22 year old son has a curfew?

People often compare toxic parents of adult children to toxic roommates, but it's nowhere near the same simply due to the power dynamic parents feel like they have even over their adult children. At least with a toxic roommate you're on the same level of authority, the same can't be said about toxic parents.

there's no shame in continuing to live with your parents as an adult, but it does have an undeniable poisoning effect on your brain that you can't start healing until you live somewhere else

Not to be a hater but I genuinely hate the fact that people get disability checks for stuff like autism when I'm here, suffering crippling depression and dysphoria, as well as a health condition that makes endurance and stamina incredibly hard, juggling college classes, a job, and general life maintenance because I live alone, relying on financial aid for college students that disappears the moment I graduate(or get kicked out), and then my minimum wage job.

Idk, it just almost feels offensive to be juggling all that, when there's people who claim disability checks because they just find it so hard to talk to people, or because they're unable to focus on anything, and then they just sit on their ass and play videogames in their childhood bedroom all day, or in the free housing apartment they got.

People will call me jealous, and, well, yeah? Of course? Like wym somebody is getting free housing, free insurance, and free income while just sitting at home all day, when I'm constantly managing all the aforementioned and I get told to "just man up"

Fuck all the way off. I'll never support neets no matter how much they claim they're "fighting the system". You're an adult baby, and it's time to grow the fuck up.

Can people please stop infantilizing gen z? A lot of us are in our 20s or nearing our 20s.

I'm tired of posts like "lmaooooooo my coworker just told me they're from 2003 isn't that INSANE??!?!" or "someone just told me they're from 2004 I can't believe these LITERAL BABIES are already PAYING RENT the same as me lolololololololololol" literally just stfu up please-

Yes, most of us do work a job. Yes, a lot of us do pay rent and taxes. Because we're *adults*. The majority of gen z is over 18. Please stop treating us like "literal babies", and don't be shocked when we do anything mature or adult like we're literally supposed to.

For once in my damned life I wish I could be 100% honest. Even if I'm "being for real" with my friends, it's still not 100%. Because the real me is a disgusting asshole and can be downright heartless and I wouldn't have any friends left if I was actually saying what I thought.
