update, i went with my parents and my father lied saying i’m lazy and it’s because of my phone that i don’t go AND said i ran away which is also a lie (he kicked me out) like mf that’s not true. but i have court ordered therapy because they hate me and are trying to take away my personality but when it was over when i was leaving the place my mom pulled me aside to talk abt smth and i started bawling my eyes out because he wasn’t believing me and was believing my father and basically just told me to and i quote “get your ass to school” like mfff

I hate when people take away bandaids when they find out about your self harm, like how does that help???? The whole point of trying to get someone to stop self harming is that it isn’t safe, and since taking bandaids away isn’t stopping them that just makes everything even more unsafe. Some ppl are dumb

ok, so, u should scrub them under warm or hot water w a bar of soap to get some of it off, then u should sprinke hydrogen peroxide on them (u can get it from a drxg store) to remove the remaining bits of it off, dont forget to wipe it off when itz done, n then u should jst put them in the washer so they dont smell like chemicals n so theyre 100% clean
